The Annex, Mesquite TX

I just moved here and when my process first started they gave me the run around move in finally came they said my apartment was going to be fully renovated which it wasn’t. Then their maintenance is horrible i been putting work orders in like crazy to get my sink and washer faucet fixed nothing have been fixed keep getting the run around about that no for sure why these apartments are so complicated

Been there 3 times in two weeks sent away one of the times doors locked the other time and today finally make it in and they claim to have no 3 bedrooms but the website says they have plenty WATSE OF TIME

I applied for this property in July. It is the end of August. I have literally been waiting a month for them to give me my apartment unit and information which I’ve been calling repeatedly no one answers the phone. You have to literally call 100 times before you can speak to anyone and they give you the runaround from Anthony to Stevie to the property manager that you cannot get a hold of our speak to then they blame it on their short of staff then they blame the units are being rental data which they rush you into apply and approve you fast but you wait for your unit forever I am not pleased with this property. I do not appreciate my time and patience, being wasted, and taken advantage of especially when I have offered to move on to other apartments that cannot move you in immediately you guys should change your website from saying available to renovated not ready to move in. I have waited a month, and I am not waiting anymore. There are better more equipped fully staffed apartment townhomes out here fully renovated ready to move in. And I would not

Very impressed by the Wonderful office staff and the model unit that I saw. I was very happy with the application process and the community. I look forward to living in this property and enjoying the peace and professionalism of this management staff

I wouldn’t give not one star. I’ve been waiting since July actually speaking with the staff every other day or week about my approval with Liberty Rent. That is their second source that approves you for an apartment. Steven tells me he is waiting for income verification and never got back with me on what I need to pay. The next person Anthony (will talk over you and never let you speak when he is wrong or doesn’t have an answer for anything) he told me he is walking my apartment and should be ready August 25. I asked to move Sept 1 and to change my date and calls me back and tells me there was never a 3 bedroom available to begin with. So he lied about walking my apartment. He lied my apartment will be ready and assured my rent was free September. Don’t understand what was so hard about saying it wasn’t an apartment. So I waited from JULY TO SEPTEMBER THIS IS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER AND REALLY NEEDED TO MOVE THEY DO NOT TAKE THOSE THINGS INTO CONSIDERATION. So if you’re waiting just go ahead and look elsewhere. Funny thing I read the reviews and over looked it. You should look at all reviews it’s true.

I had a wonderful experience first time walking in felt the love from the staff. Mr Anthony is very knowledgeable and explanatory. I could tell he is very persistent on keeping the Annex community neat and clean Wich I love. I would definitely recommend anyone who likes a new, neat and clean environment this one's for you!

I was very interested in moving to this property because of the convenience of location to work. I visited the property on a Friday and was told I had to schedule an appointment. I did for that Monday. I go and was told that they couldn't show me the model and would call me so I could have the tour. It's been almost 2 weeks and they didn't have the courtesy to call me. I'll take it as a sign that this is not a place that I want to live. Very unprofessional.

I’ve been here for about a month OK a month and a half people are on here very quiet. No one messes with you. Neighbors are nice. Everything else seems very reasonable. I honestly don’t have any complaints. Actually happy where I live at.

Baby this people shouldn’t take a lunch break so they can get their apartment complex full. They already on the rough side and have the nerves not to call or email a perspective tenant. They just showing up to get a check. Corporate need to send a mystery tenant there. Because they clearly don’t care if they rent an apartment out or not.

I Really liked how I was treated very good customer service. I was looking for a new apartment and I was really satisfied on how I was informed about every single detail I needed to know to lease an apartment. Everyone was so polite.

I would not recommend moving into these apartments it has been the worse experience of my life and my first apartment I’m ready for my lease to be up. For one when I moved in nothing was completed or ready things continue to break or not get fixed. And the amount I’m paying is not worth the living.

Security pulled me over as I went through the gate, when I asked him if he does that to everyone he said he can whatever he wants to do and that I better find someone else

Annex apt is nasty it's roaches infested it floods alot in the apartments they don't fix anything they very very rude ihurt myself in these apartments mildew is dangerous they put nasty appliances in your apartment I would even give it one star it should be against the law how they run those apartments they say u owe things u don't they mess up your credit if u have good credit DO NOT MOVE In ANNEX Apt

The staff is not professional they will lead you.nothing they say is true.the water bill is extremely high every month, if you have a choice don't move over there.
