I started seeing Maria Roehrkasse and I am so glad I did. She is very knowledgable and she has started helping me get my life back on track. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs help with anxiety and coping skills.

If you are looking for a therapist look no further. The anxiety center has changed my life. Tuesday’s with Lauren are my favorite days of the week. I could not recommend her enough. Thank you Lauren and the Anxiety Center ️

Kim Sheffield-Johnson is an amazing therapist. When I started with her in February, I was severely depressed, anxious, on stress leave from work and consistently reliving my past trauma. I started seeing her twice a week. It was through these visits that I was able to come out of my depressive state. She helped me to see things the way they actually are instead of the way I had built them up in my head. We worked through my trauma using different methods. Now, 6 months later I am thriving at work, I’m in a relationship, no longer depressed and an overall much happier person. I can’t thank Kim enough for what she has done in my life. If you’re looking for a therapist, go see Kim. I promise you won’t be disappointed. She is a truly gifted and knowledgeable therapist with a heart for people. Thank you so much Kim. You’ve changed my outlook on life.

I usually never write reviews but this I have to. Overall, good center. I love my therapist, but Rebecca the front office receptionist is a bit rude. First of all, when she answers the phone she sounds miserable like she does not want to be there. 2. She’s not very friendly. She cuts you off before you can even speak. 3. I’ve seen many comments where it says office staff does not greet you when you go in person to the office. So horrible.

Seeing Dr. Lauren Forde here was my first time ever going to therapy and she along with the staff completely exceeded my imagination. Being nervous she MADE SURE to make me feel welcomed, safe and comfortable from the start. Making something that seemed so scary and impossible to me just become natural. Now I look forward to our sessions and couldn't imagine a better therapist. You can tell she loves what she does, takes pride in her work and respects you. Kindest and most genuine heart ever. I wouldn't recommend anyone else, anyone would be lucky to see her.
