14This week, I had the opportunity to embark on a remarkable tour led by Victor. His professionalism and extensive knowledge truly impressed me. Victor expertly guided us through the experience, ensuring that we gained valuable insights at every step of the way.
I lived here once prior to Harvey and NEVER had an issue. In 2020, I decided to move back. WORST MISTAKE EVER! My apartment is and has been so hot every summer. They make excuse after excuse after excuse. This is absolutely my last year year and counting down to be released from this hell, which is exactly how it feels in my apt. LITERALLY. This is not just because it’s hot outside. It should not be feeling like 110 in my Apt when it’s 85 degrees outside. The apartments down stairs are so cold, that their windows are fogged with cold air and you can feel it outside the door. My neighbors upstairs have cold, iced apartments. So it’s clearly this unit. My apt is so hot, I can’t even have flowers or plants bc they die in a couple of days. The staff consistently make excuses. Tim, is great and really strive for excellence but it’s clear that the management team won’t invest in the proper equipment for him to excel. Pathetic. They want to wait until you move out and upgrade all at once but how fair is that to residents currently residing here? Why do we have to suffer when we pay rent every month with no issues? If you know it’s a known problem, why not provide ac units? Why do we have to sweat in an apt we pay for especially after going up $250, then $150. I DO NOT AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX TO ANYONE ANYMORE. RUN. Don’t walk. The water is cold or off every other week, sometimes 2 or 3 times a week. It’s ridiculous. They never answer the phone. They literally show you more and more how much they don’t care. Meanwhile, it’s ice cold and comfortable in the office where they sit and ignore the phone and real issues and requests of residents. I’m so over this apartment and my intentions are not to be a bitter resident but it’s really sad that we have to sit and blow ac in the car or go elsewhere when we pay $1200 in rent in a 1 bedroom, basic, hot box. Do your homework before coming here. I wish I knew what I know now before moving back here. The attitudes in the office improved a bit, that’s the only plus. Very disappointed and this is not right. Smh. I hope their corporate office do something or at least get us a ac unit bc I’m 2 steps away from calling the news station bc this can’t be legal.
At this point I'm really upset that my apartment is always Hot! I was told that all the apartments are hot because of summer an its nothing they can do.but they sitting in the office in good cold air. Meanwhile
my apartment is 90degrees 7 days a week. I should not get off work at 11pm jus to sit in my car 2 hours cause it's so hot inside! I pay 1200 in rent faithfully only to come home an be hot for hours which is not acceptable at this point
If your military/government employee run! They don’t understand the policy on a military member changing duty stations, they think only if you deploy they can discontinue your lease this is in correct there’s a penal code that states either deploying or charging duty stations. These people are not military friendly run and don’t look back!
This place is horrible. I have been here since 2016, and have been treated horribly. I was given a new apartment in 2018 after the hurricane in 2017, and it was broke down. Claudia, the manager PROMISED to fix things, but HAVEN'T until his day in 2023. She is racist and always have an attitude with myself and my ex-husband. During the pandemic my rent went up 240 dollars. This year my lease is up and my rent is going up another 110 for a 1979 apartment. I am given trouble when I request to move to a NEW apartment. Please, Please be AWARE of these people. I called corporate, NO RESPONSE. I am leaving and buying my OWN house. Good luck if you MOVE here! The best part of this property is the ducks and the pool because it is cleaned daily.
To be clear, this doesn't let you give negative stars. If this did, this complex would get a negative 10!

Came by to check out apartments with my husband and the young lady didn't even try to be nice, professional or even pleasant.
That was after she caught a tone with us when we rang the gate when we let her know we were here to see an apartment. She asked if we had an appointment. We would have been glad to get one if you'd answered your phone. You clearly are there in front of the phone.
We let her know our move in date and she said they they had none at that time. No let me get your information, no what kind of apartment your looking for. If I was able to call her a harsh name I would. I know the complex is mixed of different cultures but doesn't change my feelings of feeling like an interracial couple was not welcomed there.
Her attitude made me so uncomfortable, I couldn't wait to leave! My husband was upset because I was upset and because he was looking forward to seeing it as it looks decent from the outside and based on how I raved about it when I used to live there when it was called SILVERADO.
I lived there before Harvey, and told my husband it was a cute place to be in. I was wrong! Based on the office experience, STAY AWAY. I cannot see myself dealing with her attitude for the duration of a lease.
This area has plenty of apartments that are bigger & affordable and not with this staff.
Save your self trouble and find another complex that knows how to be pleasant as a basic professional skill!

I loved the townhomes very spacious and storage. Mrs Idalia was answered all my questions and told me she would update me any openings.
Such a beautiful property…and with ducks! Check out the ducks. Carla is a joy to work with. Sorry I didn’t include pictures of aforementioned ducks but know they’re there! Oh yes and very quiet neighborhood away from the noise of the big city
The young lady at the front desk with the glasses was very unprofessional, aggressive, and had very bad energy. Lost me with the bad customer service, she should find a job that she actually enjoys…. Kinda feel bad for her.
Great interaction profesional and gets the job done well. Came to fix a leak and now everything works smooth now thank to him!
I have been here 6 years and I am so happy and at peace. The office staff are awesome and maintenance has always been professional and friendly. The property is always maintained and I have never experienced any alarming situations here. It’s a great place for a retiree like me.
Property itself is amazing, to the point I considered a 12 month buy out.
HOWEVER, if your staff is unwilling to stop talking over me and let me ask questions openly and honestly, albeit maybe a bit more emotionally than required but not aggressive or disrespectful I'm not writing that check.
I do hope your big bosses are impressed with your inability to get cash in hand in lieu of risk of a lease.
I wish you all the best and hope you maybe consider your customer service skills.
I had a great experience touring this property with Carla. She is amazing. I'm super exited to start my lease in two weeks. I like that the complex seems to be very quite and that the team and the office is friendly. (Date: 04/04)
I'll do a follow up review after the six month mark.
Went to tour and I loved it! I forgot the lady name that walked me through but I might be applying here next month! The area is quiet and she answered all my questions and even sent me a follow up email in case of any questions I had.
