Bianca was very helpful, as my first time moving away from home for school, I feel comfortable in knowing someone is willing to always help. I didn't have a clue what I was doing when I first started this process but I am grateful!

The assistance that was provided by Alan to transfer to The Arlie's was resourceful and helpful in helping my decision to move in.

Living here is pretty nice, but the best part is Gary the maintenance man! When a pipe burst and flooded our apartment at 1am on Christmas Eve, Gary was there with an industrial shop vac and a dream. He checked back in regularly to do moisture checks and keep mold from growing in the walls and was super sweet and friendly the whole time. Every time we have a problem, even just the smoke detectors, Gary is there! Such a great guy and definitely deserves a raise I’d move here just because having an attentive maintenance team is so huge!

Talk about an amazing tour and great atmosphere! I recently came to visit and I was beyond impressed by the student body guest services! Very clean and friendly! I definitely give you guys a 10 out of a 10! MaCorian was such an excellent tour guide, I completed my application the same day! I can’t wait to become apart of the student body family.

Came into the office with some questions & all employees were rather dismissive, except for Zion. He attended me and answered all of my questions, actually taking the time to do his job and help me! Very pleasant experience on his behalf, 10/10 customer service!

I’ve been living in Arlington since 2012. I moved to Arlie on Aug 2022, Clean Apartment's and the best fastest Maintenance I’ve experienced so far. Gary W- Maintenance Manager is very knowledgeable and does his job on time. I would highly recommend this place. Specially for Students.

I really love living here at the Arlie! The amenities are the best part, it's nice having a gym that is always open, in addition to the arcade and student study room spaces. The maintenance staff is quick to fix any service requests when necessary, and the leasing office staff is helpful when I have any questions. Zion and Alan especially have been a big help ever since I moved in. I also really love the events they have!

I went to the office needing technical help and Zion was very beneficial to my cause and even though the office was super busy he made time and personalized our interaction.

As an international student from mexico, I have no idea what I am doing as I am not familiar with the area. I am going to UTA for engineering and when I found the Arlie I called and asked about the 3x3. I was told there was none available but they could help me if I was okay with a 4x4. Everything from the communication down to the application and lease was great. Thank you Arlie and thank you leasing coordinator!

Me and my best friend went to the Arlie just to check it out and compare it to other places we could possibly live. I hadn't decided where I wanted to live just because I am moving from a dorm to an apartment and want a similar experience with an attentive staff. When I scheduled a tour on the phone Zion said that he could help me out. I went on the tour expecting to be underwhelmed like I am at other places but Zion assured me that I would enjoy living here. I have signed a lease and am excited to move in thanks to Zion he helped me through the whole application process and provided the best help I've ever had with an apartment. I hate doing applications or anything technical so he really helped me with that. Thank you Zion!
