The Arts Apartments At South Austin

I absolutely love living here! I have never lived at an apartment complex that has so many amazing events and such an amazing staff! The property manager, Emilee, is the best. She is on top of everything, communicates, updates us, and is always there if any issues arise. I love it here!

My partner and I moved into the apartments recently and have received such amazing service from everyone all around.
Arianna and Emilee have been so helpful when it comes to any questions and getting assistance for any questions and concerns in our apartment. I definitely love how welcoming the team has been and their quick response times. Service like this is hard to come around!

I've been living for almost 4 years now and I gotta say the leasing agents have been killing it. They got my back and have been so patient and understanding! They're getting me a new dishwasher Wooh! Thank you Emilee and arianna for making me live a better experience! You guys rock!

My partner and I have been at The Arts at South Austin for a couple years and have just renewed our lease again. We absolutely love our apartment and love the management. Everything is well-maintained on the grounds, and the maintenance team has always been responsive to any needs we've had in our apartment. Last summer, our A/C unit wasn't working on the first 95+ degree day, and they had it fixed the same day while we sat by the pool. We also love the gifts the office gives on holidays and appreciate the notices about any major disruptions in apartment amenities. We've had no issues with the age of the complex and see it as a feature: no paper thin walls or feeling like we're in a concrete box, like some of these newer complexes.

I can't believe how friendly and helpful the apartment staff is, particularly Emilee and Arianna. Their devotion to residents goes above and beyond the call of duty. They are consistently responsive, respectful, and genuinely caring about my needs and concerns. From routine maintenance issues to help with parcels or questions about amenities, they've consistently impressed me with their timely responses and willingness to assist.

The apartment itself is fantastic and suited perfectly to my needs. The stylish aesthetic, practicality, and comfort make for a living experience that is second to none. The apartments are spacious and well-designed, the appliances are up-to-date, and everything is maintained in excellent condition.

Location-wise, it's perfect. Situated in South Austin, it offers excellent access to all parts of the city while maintaining tranquility and privacy. A fantastic mix of shops, restaurants, and leisure spots is nearby, so there's always something to do.

The amenities offered here are top-notch. From the pool to the fitness center, everything is well-maintained and accessible. The community vibe is peaceful, friendly, and inclusive, making it a joy to participate in.

In summary, living at The Arts at South Austin is an experience that's hard to put into words. The combination of a beautiful, well-maintained property, a convenient location, top-class amenities, and, most importantly, the incredible staff makes this place a 5-star home.
