Terrible experience with Vanessa. She was rude right off the bat, wouldnt acknowledge my problems and sent me back out to the waiting room like a child. I asked simple questions as to why my interest was so high and why my balance was what it showed. She burst out and said " im not an accountant" She couldnt answer basic questions and kept raising her voice at me. Very unprofessional. I didnt wait one minute to get seen yet have been waiting 30 minutes and counting after she sent me back out to the waiting room.

I called earlier just to ask for any details on my case and she didn’t even give me a chance and directed me to an Austin number that no one even answered. It rang and rang. I finally got the letter that their ordering my ex child support. This month marks 4 yrs! Could u believe that? Been trying to get something out of their dead beat dad and finally they’ve ordered him! Damn! It’s about freaking time!

This place is biased against men. One of the most uncomfortable experiences I have ever had. I put myself on child support and they seem to want to have me on the streets. Looking for more money to take from me.

I have filed child support since feb 2018 when my child was first born adn there hasnt been in progress in my case besides the DNA test.when i call i have been hung up on several times. When i request an update there is never any new information.i understand my case will take longer because it is now an interstate case-which i dont understand because my son was born in texas and its where we reside.ive submitted paperwork to the office and was told 2 months after the fact it was turned in to the wrong office.eventually after me calling a billon times the issue was dicovered and i had to resubmit everything.now 4 months still no progress.i literally was just hung up on by one of the so called"officers" because i asked for his boss

Horrible. I have a court order, Florida has over $2000 of mine that they accidently sent there that no one seems to know how to get for the past year, I've received 3 half payments since January and all anyone does is send an electronic message they claim they have 30 days to respond to and no one will help. To include Valarie Miller, supposedly the Heroes Attorney for the military. So as a single mom I now have to pay an attorney, again, to even receive child support. Rather than the money going to my kids. These people are useless.

Confusing and difficult for father's who's child mother is a deadbeat mom. No support at all. Wish there was legal help for dad's who see their children money wasted.

The secretary Rosalie Castro is awful. She has no Professionalism. She is rude and vague. She has no business representing the face of The Attorney General. She is not welcoming and acts and looks like she hates her job.

If I could give this office zero stars I would. The lady at the front desk is rude, doesn't listen, and thinks she knows what you need even before you tell her why you are there. She has wrong info also. Her supervisor is her buddy and came out to just say exactly the same thing already said. I went to another office that same day and was helped and got the problem fixed.
