The Avalon Apartments, Amarillo TX

As a current resident of these apartments I wish I could give zero stars! Where to start besides the fact that the apartments are run down we haven’t had a working ac in months and the lack of pest control is horrible we have and infestation or ants and roaches that has been going on since last December they always claim they come and spray every month which is a lie my wife is always home the day they “come” to spray and when they don’t they always lie and say we had a security system and they couldn’t get in and the management when they can keep any for longer than a month is a joke you tell them about any issues they say oh yeah we’ll get to that and then never do and the fact they’ll let anyone rent here doesn’t matter if you’re a convicted felon or not. So yea definitely avoid these apartments I’m moving out the first chance I get
