Make sure you get there early! I tried to stop by one day and they were closed up a full 45 minutes before their posted closing time of 10: 00PM.

I came here with a friend after already having a decent amount for dinner, but I love sweets and had heard about this place numerous times. I had to give it a try, and it didn't disappoint! The sandwiches are a huge portion, so definitely recommend splitting one if you're not a huge sweets eater and/or aren't that hungry. I got the combo with a brownie and cookie. I can't recall which ice cream or topping I got, but man.so delish! I highly recommend if you don't mind an insulin spike and sugar coma thereafter.

It was really disappointing to pay $2.90/ brownie for a brownie that isn’t even an inch thick. I will never buy a brownie from this place again.

Holy wow, customer service could use improvement and I’m not sure what was going on with the plumbing system there, but the smell was quite revolting and that affected the dining experience.

They've got 2 vegan cookies options (chocolate chip and fudge brownie) and a vegan chocolate chip ice cream. Just ask the staff.

I got the ice cream sandwich with the fudge brownie cookies. They heat up the cookies without melting the ice cream. It was great!

We tend to stop here anytime we are at grandscape! The ice cream and cookies are great, but not amazing. Also a little bit pricey but nothing crazy!

We experienced the deliciousness of The Baked Bear via FoodTruck during an employee appreciation event. Absolutely the BEST ice cream sandwhich EVER. HANDS DOWN! I asked them to make me something good and they delivered 100%. Gooey butter cookie with raspberry ice cream. So delicious! I'm taking my kids ASAP!

This might be the most amazing cookie/dessert I've had. Get the gooey butter cake cookie with vanilla, warmed up. You won't regret it! Amazing. Great spot!

The absolute best food truck. Great communication. Showed up on time, started serving on time, got our team done in record time. If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend, they produced over 100 ice cream sandwiches in less than 2 hours

Let me start by saying, if you haven't been to The Baked Bear yet, you're seriously missing out on a sweet slice of heaven! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the most friendly and enthusiastic staff, ready to help me create the dessert of my dreams!

I left The Baked Bear with a huge smile on my face and a satisfied sweet tooth. The experience was not only incredibly tasty but also a whole lot of fun! So, if you're looking for a place to satisfy your dessert cravings and have a blast while doing it, I highly recommend checking out The Baked Bear. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Don't even waste your time with the Manager Maddie.
She stated after my interview I'd get a free ice cream. After I told her what had happened to me. I was in a wreck and never got to try my order. She said she would take care of me. Then I had to pay agian. 20 dollars on ice cream. And she wasted my time and made me feel bad.
She is only interested in teenagers. There must be a reason she is always hiring. High turn over rates are never good. She is young and has a way to go. I'd like to speak to the owner or general manager

Cookies are meh but the ice cream is not bad.

Great place for unique desserts after meals at Grandscape. Just be aware that the lines are often long.

Very fast service despite being at full capacity on a Saturday afternoon. Very polite service. Ice cream was is on the heavy end of the spectrum.
