The Berkeley Apartments, Fort Worth TX

Owner reached out and stated they have setup to have it added earlier in the year. Owner doesn’t know timeframe when it will be installed. I will update review if it is done before my lease renewal offer as it is depending on that.

I just signed my lease and moved in but I regret it. The apartment is great, but the internet offerings are terrible. It seems that they have a contract with ATT so they are your only option. The problem is: They still are running older copper lines (NOT FIBER) despite the surrounding area running ATT fiber. Funny enough, only the front office can get fiber as of writing this. (The most an apartment can get is 50 Megabits so 5 Megabytes of speed) Basically, if two people are stream at the same time you’re going to have issues. I’m not sure if it’s an issue of the complex wanting to pay ATT to upgrade the lines. For the prices and quality of the apartment, it makes no sense why they do not have quality internet speed available as well. I can not recommend this place to anymore nor do I plan on renewing my lease unless they actually improve the internet available. Talk to ATT and improve your lines.

Such a welcoming community! I have been living since September 2021 and still planning to continue to live here for next 4 years. My favorite thing about living in here is how fast and convenient about service request. The staffs are really tried to take to address all your concerns about living. It is also very safe when it comes to at night also since I sometimes hangout with my friends until midnight. Lastly, if you are a coffee person you should come to the office to grab a latte because I go there all the times when I’m free. Make sure to say hi to the team members, especially Adonis, because they are really happy when you there.

We love living at The Berkeley! It feels very safe, maintained and overall a great apartment to call home. The maintenance team has been amazing, specifically Billy, he has been able to help with all of our requests with a 24hr timeframe. That’s beyond great for any apartment! The entire staff is awesome!:)

They have no cameras or security, the gates will allow anyone in to steal your stuff off the property. Find somewhere else or invest in your own security to ensure your items do not get stolen.

Management is good they are nice no hate they are in the office they helpful and on it but don’t recommend living here it’s not what u expect u get what u pay for when we moved in the apartment was remodeled quick and lazy if they did it fast and get it over with not that good, water when u shower bad they do have thin thin walls I can hear my neighbors just talking it’s insane no privacy I’s annoying all constantly hearing people even from outside sometimes. And I’m in a new remodeled one with white appliances and i guess u Can say is decent because of or management is good and have events for us and very helpful but living wise where u sleep everyday no

Such a safe a good community to live in! The apartments are super modern and clean. The staff is kind and respectful. It is located in a very convenient distance from TCU. I couldn’t recommend a better place to live, especially for college students!

The Berkeley has been fantastic for the few months I've been here! Beautiful units, nice amenities, and a great apartment life team! Beats the prices of TONS of other complexes in Fort Worth. The staff is also WONDERFUL! Huge shout out to Adonis for being such a pleasure to work with! He has been SO helpful and kind since the day I toured! I have no complaints and am so satisfied with my decision to sign with The Berkeley! Thanks y'all!

Brooke is such a delight. Extremely knowledgeable of the units and features along with the property. She just brings sunshine on a cloudy day!

Great place to live but not inexpensive. Dog owners are irresponsible on average here. Hallways are never cleaned. Repairs are done fairly quickly. Front office is nice. Grounds and pools are nice too.

Overall great property, great location, and wonderful staff members really enjoyed living there for my time in Fort Worth, TX

I came in and toured with Brooke a couple weeks ago and she was super sweet and bubbly. She was super helpful and made me realize I would love to live here! I would definitely recommend using her as your leasing consultant!

I’ve had a great experience here at The Berkeley! I love my apartment, neighbors and the community. The staff is amazing and have awesome community gatherings. Adonis is great! He is so kind and does everything he can to make sure all your needs are met! Maintenance request are super easy and convenient to complete and are completed in a timely manner. I’ve been so impressed with the staff and my overall experience here at The Berkeley!

I came in and Spoke to Brooke and she gave me an excellent tour with all the information that I needed to get set up with a new place to live!

Brook Waine is so amazing, she made us feel so welcome and right at home. Very sweet personable young lady. She guided us in making the best decision for us and our 1st home. We can't thank her enough and will enjoy being a part of the Berkley Community!

I have really enjoyed living in this community, people are friendly, the office staff is great and has always been very helpful with any of my concerns. This is a great place to live.
