The staff here is super awesome, and Megan is really supportive!
if I could give this place more than five stars, I would do that!
We've been living here for 2 months now, and the staff have been amazing! They helped me a lot from pre-processing the rent application and is continued. Service requests are considered as a topmost priority and your problem will get resolved before your expected time.
You all are great and thank you for all your support!

The management is very unprofessional. Changed their policy to add their own partners expensive renter insurance in the middle of lease without communication and not ready to refund it. They are blaming older management for these unprofessional practices.

I was really excited to view this apartment today, I did not have a scheduled appointment but happened to drive by the community. I got there around 2/3 pm and Saw the “sorry we missed you” sign on the door and noticed the time was off so I figured they forgot to take it off, I tried to open the doors and they were locked. I checked online on Google and it said they were open and then at the front of the building the hours were 9-5pm. So I was a bit confused, I looked through the glass and saw a lady inside on the computer so I knocked on the door and waved at her she then mouths to me that they are closed. I’m like closed? Im confused because everything else is saying open. I tried to wave her over to the door but she turns her head back to her computer and then completely ignores me like I wasn’t there and I knocked again like 3x. I simply just wanted her to come to the door inform me why they were closed and I would have scheduled something for another day. She was not rude initially but her actions afterwards were very unprofessional and rude. I mean to just sit there and pretend I wasn’t there and not even acknowledge me was uncalled for and she just completely turned me off from the community. Made me think would I be dealing with this type of attitude daily if I moved in? No thanks! It would have been so simple to just come to the door and politely tell me to my face “I’m sorry we are closed due to xyz, please take my card and let’s schedule something for another day” but no she decided to be rude. As someone interested in the property I would not want someone like that representing the community she obviously lacked good customer service and was not interested in being helpful. The only reason why I gave 2 stars is because I was able to speak with another lady outside who also worked there she was very friendly and informed me that they were closed due to a corporate Christmas party and I completely understood that, maybe next time have it posted somewhere for prospects who may be stopping by or just have the courtesy to inform them to their face out of respect instead of sitting there ignoring them behind a desk.

Don't rent here unless you enjoy maintenance being in your apartment for a majority of your stay. Since I've moved in over 2 years ago every month twice a month, if not more, the ac will break or water will uncontrollably leak from the floors and the bedroom ceiling. The management is extremely unprofessional and argumentative and have done nothing to assist in our problems. Better service and stay at most Super 8s. New update we now have rats:) just another grand day at the Biltmore

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services Biltmore apartments Management. The staff member “Meg” is friendly and very helpful she made my move in process quick and easy, all the time she responded to my questions patiently.

The staff were super awesome and Ron was really helpful! Update: if I could give this place more than five stars I would do that! We've been living here for 3 months now and the staff have been amazing! I wanted to wash a comforter so I didn't want to use the one in our apartment. So I went into the office to ask Ron where the laundry Center was and he asked if I needed a service request done without me even having to request it he wanted to know if there was something wrong that he could fix! Excellent five star service!

Had a tour of this property. I was surprised on how great and up kept they were. The Young lady Megan who help us was so polite and professional. She really knows her property. I think we found out next home for our family

I want to say for starters it is about time this property has gotten a manager with a strong foundation and stand her ground because those last managers, lets just say i would report things about things ive seen and nothing was being done but Jazmen the manager she is absolutely phenomenal person and she is also so sweet. I see the positive changes being done to this property happening. The staff i believe one of the leasing who stood out the most was Mrs. Meagan is so full of energy and very accommodating she is also awesome.

Second review. Living at The Biltmore for 10+ years. BEST APARTMENT IN THE WOODLANDS. STAFF, ESPECIALLY FALLON AND RONALD GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP WHEN I NEED HELP. CHECK IT OUT!

It's been a pleasure to work with Meg and Ron during the process to relocate from a different state. They were always very helpful and made the decision process seamless and very easy to transition.

Furthermore, the entire staff of management and maintenance has been on point to provide excellent service months after my initial move-in.

I highly recommend the property.

Meg has been the best! Very helpful and hospitable with my whole move in process, from start to finish. Always was eager to help me with any questions I had. I have lived here for about a two years now and I’m loving it. Maintenance is very on top of it and come to work on my one and only issue of my apartment within a day. ~ kishore

My stay here was great. Love the layouts and the staff. Everything I needed from the office was met. Shout out to Meg and Jasmine in the office! I'd still be here if it weren't for getting a house.

I moved to The Biltmore in January and living here has been wonderful.
Beautiful grounds with lots of trees and within a 5-10 minute walk to The Woodlands Mall, Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion and Market Street.
Tamarac Park is next door if you have kids. Paved walking trails run throughout the The Woodlands township.
This is a quiet, family oriented complex and is a safe environment.
Niche Magazine picked The Woodlands as the Best City in America in which to live in 2022.
The management and staff are friendly, helpful and professional.
Picking The Biltmore as my home was a great decision!

Loved getting to see the community with Ron. Very well kept and the managers Jazmen and Fallon were super great as well. I can't wait to make this place my new home! If you haven't gone in to see The Biltmore, you're missing out! Beautiful trees, sparkling pools and smiling staff in the office make this place #1!
