Hate to say that but this store they don’t deal good with customers, they are so rude.
Waste of time

Beautiful, quaint shop, amazing products! I'm taken aback by the variety of products, and one of my favorites in the store is the shelves filled with books. I'm amazed the police come to offer security, including one who was casually sitting at his station while enjoying himself playing an acoustic guitar. Really shows community and collaboration. I do certainly apologize, as I have to, for startling the employees once with a slip in my dialogue with them that distressed them, which led to a mild panic where the police were dispatched and it was difficult to pick up after my words and talk it out to clarify everything, and I had to leave the shop. I actually got confused when the employees were walked to the backroom until the two officers calmly approached me, and although it could've been averted or walked through better, no matter who's side, it's nice they were calm and settled the matter as peacefully as possible then. But otherwise, the staff are friendly, communicative, and I see many of them really trying to make the best of their work. I came in one last time to not be afraid of the panic and move forward, really enjoying, again, the mood of the place and the business running through it. Highly recommended, it has a serious place in a location mixed into other shops, houses, and schools nearby. To be honest, I can't really measure in stars to be accurate and considerate, but I hope the details are more than plenty.

My home is full of items I have purchased there. I shop there regularly. My closet is full of beautiful clothes I have purchased in the shop. I have also purchased items for the home, such as lamps and kitchen items.

Overall place was very clean and organized! I do think the prices were pretty high on trinkets, furniture, lamps, glassware and pottery. I honestly feel like some of the items were just slightly less than it would be to buy them new. Definitely for a good cause! Likely not to return due to limited selection (of furniture/ trinkets etc.) and prices were pretty high for non unique pieces.

I've shopped there for years I've always been so happy with all the volunteers there are so helpful so kind. Always look forward to going shopping now.

Beautiful antiques! Huge selection! Clean and pretty store completely remodeled! Best selection of fine china and crystal anywhere! Amazing selection of jewelry. I found my mother of the bride jewels here.fantastic!

Not a bad place to go shopping but I wouldn't call it a "thrift store". The prices are more like a consignment store where everyone gets a small slice of the profit so they mark it up a bit. While the prices are not full retail, they're comparable to eBay, Etsy and other Internet "stores" where everyone gets a slice of the profit. (I think we're seeing a theme here!)

My friend and I went on a Friday afternoon and they were shooing us out the door at 2: 30! Guess those church ladies (and yes, the image that popped in your head is accurate) wanted to get home -on time!

I found nothing I *had* to have. Neither did my friend. Ah well, that's the disappointment in "the hunt" isn't it?

Thank you for my aunt Yolanda she said it was no need to find out that her last name was Sanchez and that I found out that her trash can before everything I started my mom still don't believe her last name is Sanchez and approving my uncle's being cremated she called me crazy for the second time I hope so cuz I need a whole lot of stuff for me when I knew that I could not buy what I wanted because I had no money and I wasn't why I called Miss De'Angelo

The store had a lot of items. Designer clothing and handbags. The staff was friendly. Get there early the parking is very limited.

I have always had a good experience shopping and consigning but lately for whatever reason no one ever calls me back to set me an appointment. I’m not sure if Cindy is too busy or on vacation. I’ve been calling for 2 1/2 weeks. Very disappointing in a place that I’ve used for years

Meh. I preferred before they remodeled. I couldn't figure out their clothing/shoes categories. They had shoes in several different locations throughout the store and clothing was the same. There wasn't any discernable classification in these areas. Prices weren't out of line as others have mentioned.

Yesterday I had the most horrible experience with my 8 year old. The police officer that works there exceeded his authority and basically yelled and threaten me in front of my daughter to make us get out of there absolutely unfairly. We arrived 5 minutes before 3: 00pm which is their closing time, I opened the door and the ladies at the front told me that they were closing, I told them that I had driven from far as we live in Cypress and asked if we could stroll really fast through the furniture to see if it was worth driving again next morning, that I wouldn’t take long nor buy anything at that moment. Lots of people were still checking out so they kindly said okay, so we went in walking really fast to the furniture area. After probably 30 seconds the police officer started to yell really loud “Hey Mam we are closed” several times, I turned and walked towards him explaining that I had been allowed to enter by the front ladies to check really fast but would be out in a minute… as I had explained my case I returned to look fast were I had left and at this point the guy started yelling at full power “We are close you have to leave, I am warning you” we turned again walking towards him and I repeated I had been given permission to be there and that there were still customers paying, it wasn’t even 3: 00 yet. He kept on yelling over my words opening his arms walking towards us as indicating walk or I will move you, while yelling “We are closed you have to leave”. Loud enough as for this being a scene of me helplessly explaining, and saying you don’t have to be rude we were allowed in and him just displaying his excess of authority loudly enough for everyone at the store to stare silently wondering what was happening.

As soon we were out my daughter broke in tears, which made me cry too. This is the kind of thing that makes me wonder… if this police officer treats like that a random mother in front of their child, what would he do if a teen was stealing from the store or if I had not complied with leaving?

For the record we were sitting inside of our car calming down at 2: 58pm and at that point customers were still inside finishing checking out.

It would have been great that any of the ladies in the front would have step up and stop him from treating me like that as it was loud and clear what was going on and they new they had told me that I was welcome. They just stared.

First experience of my child of why to be afraid of police officers instad of seeing them as someone to seek for help.

Good resale shop. Many wonderful items. However, I am stunned at the remodel of this store! It looks like Neiman Marcus. I thought profit went to charity, but evidently, they go to a fancy store. Too sad for the pediatric neurology charity they purportedly give money to.

Great place to shop, however I'm confused on who's setting prices? Some things were way overpriced while the things of value we're not priced as expected I found some great deals and I recommend everyone trying this place out.

Amazing store, with extremely welcoming and friendly staff. Everything is so well organized, the quality of items is very high (e.g, I found a Ted Baker dress in excellent condition for $25).

Disappointed. Not a single soul approached us today when we walked in to see if we needed help, they skipped us and went on to the next person. Prices are way high for dirty worn out shoes. Thank you but no!

There are a few consignment gems in Houston, but I consider the Blue Bird Circle the best. The location is great, merchandise is of excellent quality, and the prices are extremely reasonable.

Have visited this shop on many occasions and have donated to them in past years. They keep the store well organized. Not much to say on the service because I've never been acknowledged but they have a snazzy selection of clothing (great place to thrift business clothing), and very lovely collection of antiques and furniture.

Have loved this place since I can remember. Literally been going to this place for at least 30 yrs R so. You'll have to determine how u feel about it urself. So check it out. KNICK KNACKS and the costumes jewelry r fabulus. The furniture and other home stuff isn't so bad either.
