Very professional, friendly, business oriented I love how they treat future residents! Dawn and Ms. Melissa is the Best they get the job done! If you call the office guarantee pickup or they will give you a call back expeditiously. I love there highly motivated welcoming spirits. I high recommend them to anyone they don't give you no run arounds they strictly business. On top of great customer services. Now the area about. My approval was fast reliving the units are very spacious. Thanks ladies for taking care of me in a professional timely matter!

Dawn is the BEST! I came to look at some units two weeks ago found the one I liked. Did my application same day literally only took 2 weeks for me to get approved. Dawn stayed in contact with me the whole time. I lovee her she’s really the best and good help. She had so much faith in me that I was going to get approved.

I’ve stayed here over 3years. They stay switching management & maintenance. Most of my time staying here I’ve had to fix my own apartment due to the lack of help from maintenance, which I should be reimbursed but whatever. You call them, you barely get an answer and you are forced to go to the office. This year I was just over it especially after seeing mice running through my kitchen. I made maintenance requests and complained like no other because who wants to live like such. They were steady closing the requests without fixing the problem. I had to buy my own traps just to catch at least 5-6 mice which is horrible. I wrote them a notice to vacate and decided to escalate the problem. Pest control came more than the maintenance and they told me as well that they’ve said something to them and I wasn’t the only one complaining about rodents. So at this point the complex is infested. I went to the office to complain in person and the office lady told me pest control hadn’t talked to her. So there’s a lack of communication as well and we are talking about mice/rats inside of a home. I had to make the maintenance guy come get the mice I heard in my kitchen to let m know they were still there. Maintenance finally wanted to come to seal whatever holes they found but mice were still there. They even decided to put out traps, which did no good. My traps were steady catching them. As I was removing my items out 2 MORE mice were on a trap, I just lost it. I can’t live like that and definitely not going to pay rent where I’m not comfortable.

Good evening to all who woud love to join the Burough Apartments @ 5700 Boca Raton Blvd Fort Worth Tx. Mrs. Melissa is a hands on Mgr.that gets things done. I moved here in September. I put in for a request to have my unit updated. She got right on it without any hesitation. Now that's a winner in my book. So if you're in need of more than just an Apt. Nows the time to come to the Borough apartments because you may sign up for an Apartment: but a home is what you'll receive.

I would only move here if I didn't have anywhere to go. They lie, they don't care about the property or the people. This is about the 6th management company since I have been living here. This one is the worst so far. Didn't have bugs in the past now there are bugs everyone is moving from here over 70 empty units per management so yea there doing specials but not worth it. My packages get stolen off my porch. They shoot over here every weekend. Security patrol is non existent. They won't even give out the courtesy officer info. Horrible horrible I will be moving by October been here almost 4yrs

Been here 2yrs unfortunately. Management has changed 4+ times. 3 different property owners. Property isn’t manicured one bit. Current office ladies don’t communicate amongst themselves. I’m left repeating myself to 3 different people.was asked why I’m moving out. The pic sums up my stay at this complex

Melissa was very helpful with our move-in. At the last minute, she was able to iron out every detail and get us the exact unit that we wanted. She was patient and very personable! The Borough is lucky to have her!

Since they changed management new staff sucks. Rental office manger is very rude. I said a curse word put me out the office. That wasn’t very professional. I’m wasn’t cursing at her but the situation. I’m taking my complaint to BBB AND FUTHER. I spend my money to live here. I shouldn’t have been treated as such. She had an attitude walking into to front door. If she had some person stuff going on should have stayed at home. Wonder why I really cursed her out going out the building. It’s a better way to handle things and yourself. That wasn’t the way. I will be calling corporate. Went in there about something so simple. It’s always I get back to you and never do. Just cause you a property manger don’t mean you can talk to people anyway you want to. She need another job because working with the public not her thing. They can’t even get my move in special right. Said she wrote a note. Lying didn’t even see her type anything. Then asked me to leave like I was a threat. All I asked is why I have fill out this form for their towing company I just moved here in June. She wasn’t even welcoming when approaching property manger. I been asked for mailbox Gate code 3 weeks ago never gotten that.

I love my apartment. And Now that we have a new Manerger, I know it's going to be even better.

Went in last week spoke with a nice lady Latoya very kind friendly and took time to explain everything to me. Came back in to fill out the application and was greeted with nothing but attitudes and rudeness.will not be renting there
