Just a shout out to Kandace and great staff. I miss you all so much. It was great having having such a great family feel there. Maintenance was awesome, work orders done quickly and professional, yet friendly. Thank you Kandance for everything, best Mgn ever.always willing to help in every way.and so very pleasant.a big plus!

Personal Experiences have been all over the place. Certain staff members have been great throughout the years.some not so great.but being a resident for almost 10 YEARS.ive had my fair share of issues with all 4 apartments Ive been in & transferred to at The Boulders. That all comes with Renting. I understand, but some issues We have incountered in the past have not been so pleasant & its been on going issues throughout our stay. Appreciative of Manager Kandace most of all. She's been amazing since day 1 showing us our 1st apartment nearly 10 years ago & helping to fix any issues we encounter. Some ups & downs for sure. I wont put on Blast with all of it.things have been worked on & worked thru.just wanting better surroundings for myself now & family & better upgrades. I do agree with other reviews stated tho.communication thru the staff & management with issues in the home & concerns, need some major efforts put in to make the community better like it used to be & make people want to stay longer. Improvement never stops. Nit picking on the smallest things rather than working to fix the BIG things should be priority for a CLEAN QUIET WELL MAINTAINED apartment community. Thank You Kandace for being AMAZING. You really have been the best overall & Valerie too.

This place is a joke. I have lived here for over a year and it was the worst mistake of my life. The only good thing that they have is Fernando from maintenance. Just imagine waking up this morning to find that they moved your car without your knowledge. After going to the office and asking they called a tow truck to move it because they were painting. Hello give your residents a notice put it on their door so they are aware. You putting a coat of paint on the pole is not going to make a difference when your office staff is useless and have terrible customer service

Place was a waste of time kept giving me the run around after run around just to be denied due to scratches on the clear coat, drove around the property seen residents cars far worse then mines. Make sure if ya come here to bring glasses for the manager.

I've been at the boulders apartments for now 6 months I feel at home and comfortable the leasing office is very efficient in there in there work

Fernando Torres, the head maintenance man, is easily the best thing about this apartment complex. He’s super quick and efficient with all the maintenance needs, and I know if I have any problems, he’s going to come and fix it.

I'm very happy with my place my son and I are very grateful and BLESSED and THANKS to MS. SHARDHA sorry if I misspelled for everything continued BLESSINGS ALWAYS.

Overall only positive experiences with this complex. Very nicely maintained. From the very beginning dealing with Shardha in the leasing office until today I have been very pleased. Thank you

Mrs Sharda Lee is very nice, always smile and speaks she take care of the work order in a timely manner, she is very professional when answering the phone and I really like her

Great community, but don't use the automatic payments on their website. Sometimes they don't work and you'll come home to find notes taped to your front door. I tried to go to the office and explain that something was wrong after the second month of it not working but they didn't think anything was wrong on their end. I received a late fee the month after that even though there was not one present the initial month that the late payment happened. Paying online works if you do it manually, but I would not trust the automatic system. I've lived here for almost a year and didn't have any problems until I tried using the automatic system. I confirmed multiple times that I had it set up and linked to my current billing info.

0 stars. Please save your money and go elsewhere.please. It is sooo OVERPRICED and they clearly don’t care about the tenants. But hey, that’s just the way it’s set up everywhere. Apartments are NOT worth it.

I have loved living at The Boulders. The property manager Kandace Linwood does an amazing job taking care of the property. All my maintenance issues have been taken care of. I moved in back in April this year and it really feels like home. I have cool neighbors. We all look out for each other. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I have asked the leasing office to fix my AC unit several times this summer and all they do is patch it up. The unit is old and is exhausting my energy bill due to the fact that it constantly runs when it doesn't work. I've even emailed the property manager multiple times to no avail. The dumpsters are always full and they don't have staff on Sundays so the property looks it's worse at that time. The laundry room always looks like a tornado hit unless its first thing in the morning. It's going on a week my AC has not work and won't go lower than a 79

The Sanctuary Apartments maintenance department does an excellent job. As a tenant any where you may live, a great maintenance team is probably the most important aspect of your living experience. I believe a good maintenance team makes a great living experience. Thanks to the maintenance and management teams of The Sanctuary Apartments for their great work and timely responses.

Very beautiful and safe and I love that you can park anywhere you want to and you don’t have to park in a especial place very much recommend very clean when you get the apartment nothing goes wrong in the apartments?
