The Brace Place Orthodontics, Grand Prairie TX

I started out as a patient here, referred my sister as a patient and they just finished treatment for my daughter. I’m waiting for my son to be cleared from his dentist to come here as well. The doctor and staff at this office are truly amazing. I live about 25 mins away and I will drive it just to have them do the work. I do not trust any other office to handle my family’s braces needs.

The atmosphere of the office was very welcoming which created this feeling of being at home. The staff were very helpful and kind. Especially Dr. Washington, she spoke in a friendly and gentle manner and was very thorough in her explanations. So you would know what would be happening at that very moment. Overall, the place and staff exceeded my expectations and provided me a satisfying experience.

I’ve had a great experience during my treatment. Always a speedy visit in and out with in 15 minutes. And always ask me if I have any concerns or questions in regards to my treatment plan. Which is a huge thing for me since I like knowing what’s going on and what to expect in my current visit and future visit

Everybody at The Brace Place was so incredibly kind and genuine. You can tell they really pride themselves in patient care. From the front desk staff to the dental assistants, Doctors, I was very pleased with every single person there. I will never go to another ortho office, You will not regret the decision going to the Brace Place they always make you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door!

The brace place is a great place for you to get your braces. My experience with them was smooth and wonderful.

Well.you get what you pay for! You go with cheapest in town and you get bottom end the line treatment. Staff are incompetent. Not very bright and can not follow simple instruction. Never answer the phone and if they do put you on hold for forever. No one really seems to run this place.
