When the pool is open, it's all green both! They should do cleaning better, and they said that the gym is going to be open next month and, still nothing no work.

Very upsetting and I am having issues getting my refund check. All I get is a let give you my property managers email address. There is not corporate office number and not to Mention the fact that the manager has not even called me.

I have been living at this complex for 3 years and have seen management come in and out. Yes, this may worry some new residents but this has been probably the best three years I have experienced in a long time. Stefanie, Saul, and Diana are phenomenal and are always willing to lend a helping hand in a timely manner. I love the area and the community. Everyone is always very welcoming and I love how quiet the complex is, even when school is out and the kids are running around. I will miss living in my unit and have recommend many friends who plan on moving to the area. If I ever find myself living back in Bedford, The Bradford at the Park will be my first choice.

I just wanted to take a few moments to share my thoughts on this apartment complex.
I've lived here for about 2 years now and am about to renew my lease. In the time I've been here, over all, my experience has been great. Now, that's not to say everything has been flawless. As with any apartment, it's inevitable that things break, a less than perfect neighbor moves in, or some other unforeseen event happens. The staff here has never flinched the few times I've had to contact them. From Stefanie Crow and Sal (at the office) to the maintenance guys, enough good things can't be said. I am always greeted with a sincere smile and treated with respect. As someone who has done maintenance in the hospitality industry for many years all over the country, I can spot insincerity a mile away and you just don't get that here!
The complex grounds are well taken care of and an update/upgrade project to the units is an added bonus. The rental rates are super reasonable to boot!
If you're in the market for a place to call home, I highly recommend stopping by and checking it out!

Toured with Stephani and cannot say enough good things! We dont move until October, but cannot wait! She is so helpful and kind, property is beautiful.

I’ve lived here for about 2 years now and I can say the Bradford is an amazing complex. The area is quiet and beautiful with lots for trees. Management keeps everything looking very tidy. Stefanie is always so nice and helpful. The entire crew is for that matter. They are always ready to help with any issues or questions. Definitely recommend this place if you are moving to the mid cities area.

Stephanie helped find exactly what we were looking for and immediately! She showed us the place and got us taken care of the fastest. I had a maintenance ER recently and she had maintenance at my place within the hour. I’m always asking for her and Hal too! Great experience living here

This is my 3rd time living at this complex over 18 years total. For the last 2 years of my living here it has been under Bradford on the Park. This has been the best 2 years living here. Management very courteous and professional. Maintance comes right away when there is an issue with heat or AC. The complex looks much better with all the upgrades. I highly recommend living at The Bradford on the Park.

Worse place I ever lived! Had pest issues for the first month I lived there. Pest control said that there was a dead rodent in the wall and they never came to get it out. Cabinets, doors still had stains and peeling from the last renter and they never came to replace it even after they said they would. Staff was terrible at communicating! Toilet had issues that they never fixed and the list goes on. So happy I moved across the street to a better complex

We have lived at this property for over 5 years, and it's been very nice, but has improved significantly with the new property management. It is a fairly quiet neighborhood, and perfectly located next to several restaurants and entertainment facilities. This is our second apartment at this property, and we absolutely adore it. Stefanie Crow is an excellent leasing agent.she made the transition flawless for us. Thank you! Shout out to Salvador as well, because he has taken good care of us also!

Stefanie Crow, Sal and Andres have been more than just workers for the apartments. Stefanie has been very helpful with helping us with whatever we need, never a question. And the maintenance guys get things done right away. Sal is so kind! Awesome place to live!

This is not good place me and my partner can’t get our money back because they wanted us to move into small a** apartment the and wanted us to pay more if we want a bigger apartment after telling them multiple times we a 2 bedroom the lady kept trying to force to get 1 bed room more of the story is this ain’t it it’s a rip off

Lived her for a few month and they by far were absolutely amazing. Stephani helped with all of my needs and was very patient. Highly recomment!
