Daniella, and Deisy were so helpful and made the whole process quick nice and easy! Definitely recommend living here!

We needed an apartment asap and Daniela Villarreal helped us with the process and made it super easy, she even stayed during her lunch break to make sure the place was clean and ready for us, she is amazing and we are very happy with our new apartment, thanks Daniela!

First off people posting these harsh reviews are out of line and probably mad at older managers that have left. Mentioning people that haven't been here for half a year or more smh.

This place is gorgeous. It is hard to find a place of this quality for a similar price without a trade off like cheap shows inputs or cruddy bathroom/kitchen countertops.
It is Spacious! So spacious it's hard to see a difference in 1 vs 2 bedroom units on the tour.
Premium marble countertops all around nice flooring and great layout.

Manager Daniella and Assistant Manager, Deisy are some of the realistic approachable nicest property managers out there- I've known a lot.
They are welcoming informative and friendly. They do a GREAT job
Maintenance Salvador and Jose are always working staying busy. It's just them 2 and our community keeps them busy, they always come through though!

I've seen 3 roaches in the last 2 years and it was only after a messy neighbor left. Live clean and your apartment will STAY clean.
There is zero issue.
Come in and check it out it's worth your time.:)

VISITOR PARKING SUCKS! AND SO DOES THE MANANAGER! MANAGMENT IS NOT AT THE PROPERTY SO IS UP TO THE MANAGER HOW IS RUN @THE BROADWAY.
PEOPLE DONT MOVE THERE.

Those that have recently put 1 stars, are either ex employees or residents who got their cars towed due to their negligence of the properties rules. Towing is enforced to ensure a better parking system for the property and helps keep unwanted visitors. I have been here over 6 months and I have had no issues because I follow all guidelines that is provided by the office. DANIELA the new property manager. She is very very informative. Do not believe the false information that you see people put please. They are just upset because of THEIR faults. This location is great.

My move in was nothing short of amazing! I literally was able to get a fast turn around from Daniella. I appreciate her kindness and responsiveness. I truly appreciate The Broadway staff.

I go in and see that it is full of good reviews that are false, the apartments are very expensive for what they can offer you, they tow your car for no reason and they only look for an excuse to justify and do not offer solutions. The office's service hours are never fulfilled, the Hispanic secretary spoke Spanish when she felt like it and when she didn't she pretended not to know, it is full of cockroaches, the garbage cans are always full, they always want the rent on time but when you need a service, yes. They take time.how is it possible that they tow the cars of the same residents when the parking problem is the administration's, the aforementioned Jenny is not friendly and does not help at all

Daniella was very informative and professional. Gave me a tour of the apartments. I really like the layout. I can comfortably afford a 1 bedroom. But love the 2 bedrooms so getting my money up to get the 2 brs. Great location, lots of parking. Wish the pool and the gym were larger. I also met the maintenance guy and he was very knowledgeable. All in all this one of the better apartments for middle class folks here in Houston. Close to both major airports, downtown, malls and restaurants etc.
