Brittney is a professional from beginning to end. She answered all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly before I signed anything. The procedure was basically painless. The work is phenomenal. NO MORE DRAWING ON MY EYEBROWS! SHE IS MAGNIFICENT! I would recommend her to all!

This was my second experience with micro blading and wow. Brittany was amazing! What a difference from my first time. Brittany was very patient with me and any concerns I had. She communicated very clearly everything we were doing. But best of all. I LOVE MY NEW BROWS!:) I highly recommend Brittany. She's very sweet, personable, and she is great at what she does!

Worst money spent in my life! I specifically called and asked if she could do people that have alopecia. The answer was yes, but unfortunately that was not the truth. The 1st round she used the wrong color. I had to go back to get the right color. Then a follow up, and still no luck. The process didn't take. There are absolutely no hair strokes, just a shadow. So I still have to buy products to give myself hair strokes. Of course she tried to blame it on medicine, which is an invalid reason, I've done my research. But besides the fact of them not looking like brows, they are crooked! I brought this to her attention before I even left, and she kept saying it was because they were swollen. Welp, unfortunately they are no longer swollen, and still crooked! The funny part is someone called me for a touch up and I stated that I wasn't happy with the first outcome and she says "well I'll have someone call you to set up a call because I'd love to talk to you about it" I said sure.and still I wait. No call. I don't need lip service, just straight eyebrows! Thanks

Brittany is kind, talented and precise. She will make you feel comfortable. She carefully describes each step as you go through the procedure. She also provides a list of things to do beforehand and afterwards so that you can have the best outcome possible. I would definitely recommend her.

If I could give 100 stars, I would! First of all, I’d like to comment on how easy it was to start the process. My mother and I both wanted natural looking eyebrows and I feel like we got more. During our consultation, Brittany put us at ease. She was so kind and personable and also very knowledgeable. I knew instantly that we were in good hands. The pre-care was sent via email with the consent form to fill out, which was quick and easy to fill out. The pre-care also outlines perfectly what needs to be done (and not done) and why.

During the appointment, Brittany was very open and honest about her recommendations and also very precise when she was drawing the shape. She gave me a couple shape options and then explained why she chose the shape. I love how communicative she was throughout the process, explaining what she was doing and showing me the tools she was using. This put me at ease. I had no doubt she would take great care of me.

When she gave me the mirror and I saw my brows, they were not what I was expecting…because they were BETTER than I imagined! I couldn’t believe how amazing they looked and what a difference they made! I now can’t stop staring at myself in the mirror, so that’s the only problem lol! There is literally no one else I would recommend. Brittany is talented and trustworthy. She will be 100% honest with you through the whole process and plus, she’s fun to chat with! I scheduled a appointment with Brittany to do a touch up on my microblading and lets just say that it NEVER happened! She never showed up for my appointment, she never called or texted to say that she would be unavailable or late! Mind you she was the one who chose the time! I sat at the place for 45 minutes waiting for her to arrive. I even knocked on the door of the business to check in, but there was NOTHING! I began texting her and calling her but she NEVER responded to neither my text nor my calls. Let's just say that this will be thee last time I try her. I will graciously take my business elsewhere. To think that my first appointment with her went so well. But now we are here! So DISAPPOINTED!
