Waited 15 minutes for 5 tenders that didn't have any breading on them.

Not light breading, no breading at all. It's just the chicken and sauce.

The Oreo shake was relatively better than the vanilla shake. Recommend ordering before going to the restaurant. Wait times are usually longer for 10-20 mins. Chicken with Jamaican jerk is better.

Slow, un-caring service. The employees clearly have no drive to work hard and it shows as you wait 25 mins for something as simple as a salad in an almost empty restaurant

Everytime we come your girl always alone hustling through these orders by herself, she deserves a raise for sure the food always good.

I was on short out of town trip from Georgia this past weekend and I came in on 11-04-2023. When I arrived there was only two guys working and they looked to have been cooks. But customers started to pile up and the guys there kept their composure even the one that took my orders and the customers after me. He was greeting them and letting them know the situation at hand.

An overpriced version of Wingstop. The food is good, but your wallet will be unhappy and the portions are small.

The lemon pepper buffalo fries are so good. I have to have them every time I come to Arlington.

Was our favorite spot but sense the shut down just not the same. The staff clearly hate there jobs and it shows. Waited little long for the box but in pat it was well worth it. The soda machine didn't work and sold us drinks when I told her she said she already knew and told manger. I asked why did you sell us cups then she smiled and walked off. I was going to asked for refund but she walked off so I couldn't. Apparently they no longer use sauces eather because we got dry Fry's with very little chicken crumbles no sauce just the few crumbs that had been setting all day dry as a bone. Lesson learned should have known better sense the place was empty at 6: 30 on a Wednesday night.so disappointed there definitely going to be out of business soon doing customs like this.no worries lesson learned won't make this mistake again should have threw a fit got my money and went elsewhere but lesson learned I usually support smaller business but this one clearly cares less if has success or not. Not even angry just hate for anyone else to waste there money $46 for a bunch of dry Fry's and a cup is a little crazy.

The food was amazing.
I got a regular Buffalo fry extra wet and extra chicken.
Trust me when I tell you it did not disappoint.
Yoselin was also very helpful and guided me through the process.
I will keep coming back.

Food is bomb. Didn't think I'd finish it all but I did. Extra chicken is a must! They got the flavors.

Food is decent but the customer service could be better. I went to pick up my order and the guy started shouting at me from the kitchen, didn’t even say hi

Avoid this place at all cost. Left 25mins after my order was to be ready. 20mins of that was waiting for my food (which was cold), the other 5 was waiting for a lid for my drink. Do that get a drink from this place either unless sealed and I would still be cautious. Half of the drinks are out, a couple of the other drinks have small black dots floating in them. 2 starts for food only because it actually exist and I did receive it but of course my order was wrong even though extra money was paid for add ons. This place needs to be shut down and hire more employees. 2 employees, 1 brain cell.

Dine in experience was great. Wait time was pretty standard as the food is made to order.

We ordered the boss fries with their sauce on the side. They allow you to pick 4 different flavors for the chicken. It was very delicious. The fries are very good as well, fried to perfection. Would absolutely come back again.

My sister works here so I have a bias opinion. But the lemon pepper wings with the ranch is absolutely delicious.

I just came to the Arlington Texas location and the young kid told me they were out of boneless chicken wings! And he was very rude! I like coming here but I won’t anymore

Now I understand the time it takes to cook an order of chicken but this experience was just so lacking. From the time I walk into the door and stand at the order station, I had watched a decent amount of the game airing. One worker at the fry station and no one else present.at 6pm. Then someone speaks up from the back asking why the other worker says he can handle it alone. Minutes later the second worker appears and, without diligence, makes their way towards the front to take my order. And here's the wait I'm not complaining about, cooking the order. I received my food from the fry cook but in a tone the could be interpreted as they just didn't want to be there but was forced to endure it. I returned to work to enjoy my meal and opened the order of fries only to find soggy fries. Worse than that, soggy, sparingly sauced chicken. For $22 I could have gone to Raising Canes, or cheaper. QT, for better or equal to this place.

Overpriced and not even good.
Tried for the first time today and had to wait over 30 minutes for my 10 wings, people who came in after me got theirs before me for no apparent reason. Then on top of that it was not good quality.the chicken was dry and flaky.and the original hot was not even hot and didnt have a good taste in my opinion. And at $17 for 10 wings (not the combo, all you get is 10 wings) I would expect much better.

Very good wings and tasteful fries! Place is very cleanly and has a variety of drinks and sweets. There prices are in the higher range and some may say it’s not worth the price.
