Best burger place in Houston. First, it's a nice casual open air (covered) atmosphere playing 80s classics. Burgers are huge, delicious and the variety of burger offerings is great. The onion rings are some of the best I've had, anywhere. Friendly staff. I have no idea why anybody would go to McDonalds or Burger King when, for just a little extra, you can get THIS. The difference is like between an old cheap Fiat and a Maserati.

Decent sized juicy burgers with great customer service. We sat outside on the patio waiting for our order and the workers were on us with napkins to ketchup.etc. My burger was so juicy i needed a lot of napkins lol.

Perfect burger, good service, efficient staff, pleasant environment. Bravo! I went to Montrose location in Houston.

The service was great and it was plenty of clean seating areas. The food was just okay. The burger patty was dry and unseasoned. The fries were good. My friend had a different experience, she had the impossible burger and said it was one of the best she’s ever had.

The cashier was very helpful in explaining the menu to make our selection. The food was good. We ordered the BBQ burger, hand cut fries, and fountain drinks. I love the dipping sauces. We had the garlic aioli, bacon aioli, and creamy avocado. Cool vibe to dine outside. The warmer lamps made it very enjoyable. The bread/buns at the Heights location taste a little softer and fresher. Other than that, all was good.

When they first opened their food was really good. The past two times I have been the burger buns were soggy and burgers just falling apart, so messy. And the fries were soggy not crispy. Gonna find a new burger place.

No lie, one of the best burgers you can get in Houston. The fries, the chili, and the shakes. It's all UNBELIEVABLE. Not to mention the size of your portions, and the size of the patty for your burgers, it's definitely one of the best bangs for your buck!

An absolutely amazing experience. I had the kimchi Burger. It was a brilliant blend of flavors where one experience never overrode another. Highly recommend the onion rings. In fact, get a double order.

When I arrived I lost the card I was going to pay with. The staff helped me look for it and found it! That is above and beyond in my opinion.

The atmosphere is fun and vibrant I can’t wait to bring friends to share the experience with them.

The burgers and choices is unique and tastes very good, fries were ok I will try onion rings next time. The best food was the chocolate peanut butter shake…. The best shake I have ever had anywhere!

Keep doing what you’re doing it’s great. If you are looking for an experience rather than just a meal then this is the place to come!

Came out on a Sunday morning, got there before the rush. Visited this place when it first opened many many years ago, it was amazing bk then.

This time, not sure if it was just the burger I ordered or if they've gone scarce on the toppings but I was disappointed.

Ordered the bacon jam brussel sprout burger, medium well. Burger was red, 1/20 of a teaspoon on jam, a tiny bacon bit and 2 to 3 shavings of uncooked brussel sprouts and that's it. DRY.

Others ordered burgers which were red raw as well. Huge buns. Not much condiments.

Onion rings were GOOD. Not greasy. Fries were good.

Return? Probably but will make sure to order well done and extra condiments.and a different type of burger.

Parking is bad here too.

Service good and quick. Comfy padded stool inviting dining area lots of TV screens. The burger itself was a C+ or B-. Fries C- soggy and limp. Overall wouldn't repeat.

Terrible service will not eat here again I ordered me a burger and a kids meal for my son so when Jose Manuel never gave me the cup for my son’s meal he said oh I can’t give you a kids meal? What a waste of money because of course my five year old didn’t finish the burger I guess it’s some golden rule you can’t order food for your kid unless their present

Quality burger. Cooked exactly as I asked. Fast counter service. Go before rush times as it can get packed!

Okay so I've never been to this place nor heard of it, I only came to this place because a friend recommended it to me. But let me say, my burger was HUGE. The fries were okay, but my burger was *chef's kiss. 8/10

The environment was great, the food however wasn't worth the price. I spent $21 dollars total while i was there, the price of their burgers are around $10 which doesn't even include the fries! I've gotten the chili queso fries for around $6 dollars and ill have to say, it tasted OK but the quantity they gave me surely wasnt worth it. The fountain drinks that were $3 were refillable so that was a nice touch. But all in all, there's better places to than this such as, Whataburger, and wingstop

Great outdoor dining. Casual atmosphere. 5 burgers. Great service. Wish they offered blue cheese.

All in all a good experience. We had Fifi taking care of us, with such enthusiasm and great energy. Fifi didn't rest until he made sure we're happy and full. *Also, When visiting the joint you need to take in consideration a very few sits inside, While most of the tables are outside with no AC.

I ordered a gluten-free bun because I am gluten intolerant. It's not like gluten is going to kill me. But after eating the burger I was skeptical if I actually got the right bun. ‍️
