The Burgundy Condominiums and Apartments, Dallas TX

I just moved in and wow! The place is so nice. Everything was clean and the upgrades to the place look fantastic.

The Burgundy is really stepping up their game! They've listened to what people said before and are making great changes. The place is getting nicer, with improvements in cleanliness and maintenance. It's awesome to see how much they care about making things better for everyone. These apartments are becoming a cool spot to live near Marsh Lane!

This place is beautiful. There have been so many improvements made to the property since I have lived here. You can tell the owners are doing their best to make this a better place to live.

This community is under new management for the past two years. This team is really serving the tenants with almost care.

Hard to get hot water, and parking lots are full with potholes

Update, potholes are not fixed at all, potholes stupid deep are everywhere, can’t even drive good.

From top the place looks ok to rent out but management and maintenance is poor, just have a look at these pictures. The area is not clean, dirty, bushes and same is condition of apartments. There is no maintenance, you would think they care but they don’t. Don’t rent over here, parking is smaller in size too. City of dallas please take action

Super bad management i been having moll for the past year and all they have done is paint the wall also in one of the rooms the fan had detached from the ceiling also it has been a year and they haven’t fixed it there is no parking space I supposed to have 2 parking spots but other people always take it they don’t have a specific towing company for the property I have been towed from parking spots that are not even reserved now supposedly the manager send a paper so we could register our cars and I payed to have a reserved parking spot and other people have been parking there for the past year other people will call a towing truck just so they can park their car if they don’t find somewhere to park

I was looking for an apartment and decided to go and check out The burgundy. I had the pleasure to meet the office manager Erendira Hernandez. She was so kind and extremely helpful. Erendira answered every question I had. Definitely helpful

Please don’t live here. It’s owned by absent minded, hard to reach and totally confused ghost owners who promise everything and deliver nothing. Good luck finding parking or sleep at 3 am when the neighbors decided to party in the parking lot.

Alex and Eren gave me great service. The apartment is very spacious and has a very good area. Highly recommended and good service in the office.

I was very pleased at how large the condominiums are. The north Dallas location is perfect! It's walking distance to shopping and transportation and has a bus stop immediately outside the property. The two swimming pools are an added bonus.

My mom and I had the pleasure of meeting Eren Hernandez, the new office manager at The Burgundy. What a breath of fresh air. Eren is so polite, helpful and positive. She is the most responsive office manager there has been to date and she is great about following up. Eren cares about the work she is doing and we are certainly hoping she plans to be around for a long time, because she is exactly what the office needed. Whether you are an existing tenant or homeowner or are looking to call The Burgundy your next home, rest assured you will be in good hands with Eren!
