The Burlap Sack Boutique, Bay City TX

I purchased a dress from The Burlap Sack Boutique and the quality is shockingly bad. In fact, the dress is completely transparent. BSB does not provide return shipping labels with orders and customers must pay the return shipping fees. When I emailed customer service that I shouldn't be responsible for return shipping when BSB is selling see-through dresses, I received no response. Don't waste your time or money.

I absolutely love this boutique! Always the cutest fits and styles for every occasion and some of the sweetest most thoughtful staff. Definitely a small town gem!

I love the store, beautiful cloth, but the lady was follow me and also she ask me to put the merchandise on the front counter, of course that I bought it, but I felt like a criminal there. I saw other comment that it happens there, I regret to spent my money there

I just got back in from offshore and my wife and I decided to stop in the store on the way back to Rockport and we both really love the store especially my wife but. We unfortunately we were not greeted by the employees we were not asked if we needed any assistance finding anything. My wife and I felt uncomfortable because the only thing they did do was follow us. The kind of made me feel like they thought we were going to steal something now I work offshore and make extremely good money would have loved to have bought her a gift but did not feel in the store other than that it was a beautiful store and would hopefully one day like to go back

The ladies here working today, 4/1/2022 made me feel so comfortable and helping me pick out my outfit for a wedding. I will definitely be back.

Love The Burlap Sack. Lots of fabulous things & I always leave with the perfect little gift for someone. Baby and kid section is adorable. Everything from Minnetonka baby shoes to adorable nap pads. Also send great emails and host little shopping events. Also love that they continue to change things up and offer seasonal items such as football and rodeo. This is a must stop.

Love this boutique! The staff is very friendly and they have an awesome selection of items along with awesome brands such as Levi's and Keds! I would definitely recommend checking them out!
