Make sure you read the website thoroughly, I almost missed picking up my order because it let me place it for Thanksgiving day, despite the fact they were closed that day. Dropped in the day before. The staff were kind and helpful, they even had someone take the package out to my car.
I had the fried turkey dinner, my family really liked it! The sides were awesome and the dessert was so good.

The same whole turkey that Neiman Marcus atrcus charges $159 for is about half that at the source.

I wanted a Fried Turkey for Thanksgiving and they came in the clutch. I didn't want to reheat in oven in fear of dryness, but I had no choice and I was more than happy with the results. I picked up the Turkey from the location had a line but I was in and out in 5-10 minutes.

I have prayed on this review but could not forgive myself if I let this company mistreat anyone else. I called yesterday because my turkey was not delivered. Upon calling - the older woman (nice enough) thought she *muted* the phone.shortly after, a gentleman was in the background saying, "she is lying! ". She then replies, "well, I know she is probably lying but what do I tell her? " *woman figures out quickly the phone is not muted* & hangs up on me. Welcome to Cajun Turkey Company, right?

I paid for two day shipping. Received order a day late. Spicy Cajun Turkey was good. Very spicy.

Otherwise they messed up my order. 4 sides missing.

I had to find an open grocery store. Buy all the missing ingredients. Rush and cook. With no sink and no countertops.

They were closed the holiday. I called today. They refunded me for the lobster mac n cheese, dirty rice, crawfish pie, and greens they didn’t send.

Ordered a turkey for thanksgiving and they confirmed my order and pickup time for thanksgiving morning between 10 and 11 am was there at 10: 15 and no one was around but other customers waiting. And the place was closed for the rest of the week and weekend, so we couldn't even pick it up the next day. Needless to say my family's thanksgiving was ruined because we didn't have a turkey, had to settle for rotisserie chicken from Walmart. If I could I wouldn't even give them one star. I'm still waiting on getting my money back still no answer!

Ordered online, when I arrived there was plenty of product and it was pretty packed. The staff made sure everyone was greeted, and answered all questions about their different products, and moved efficiently so you weren’t waiting a long time. Then the turkey was amazing! By far best turkey we have ever had!

Nov 16th, I tried calling a couple of times to reserve a turkey for Nov 26th. No one picked up the phone. I saw that I can reserve a turkey on their website. So I tried that. I placed my order and payed. Expecting to pick up the turkey on Saturday before 6pm (because that's the time the store closed.) And they're not open on Sunday. I got to the store at 4: 30pm nov 25th. I tried to open the door but it was locked. And I saw that they have a bell to ring. So I rang it. Only to realized the store was closed when looked inside through the glass doors. I'm actually so disappointed that this happen. I saw that they have any good reviews. Only for me to be the unlucky one. If anyone has this problem, please let me know.

Best damn fried turkey I have ever had. The sides are excellent as well. This will be my go-to for thanksgiving dinners forever.

Just was not impressed with the Herb Roasted Turkey for Thanksgiving. It was ok - but definitely not what I was expecting on flavor. For the amount of cost - I'd rather do my own! Out of 12 of us, only 2 people thought it was ok. Good thing I had lots of ham & side dishes to fill everybody up.

I've never ordered a turkey before and now I never want to make another one again. Everyone who came said it was the best turkey they've ever had. For reference, I ordered the cajun spice turkey.

The turkey is terrible. Congealed nastiness on the outside, and did not seem cooked all the way. The ham was fine, but nothing special.

Ordered Turkey online for Thanksgiving, it was supposed to be shipped on the 16th never happened, it is now November 27th and still have not received the turkey which I paid for.

I’m usually a cook my own thanksgiving turkey kind of guy. I have always preferred smoking my bird. This thanksgiving I just wasn’t up to it so looked for a place to buy a turkey. The staff was so helpful and I ended up buying a deep fried Cajun turkey breast. Wow Wow and Wow what a great turkey. It was tender moist and spicy but not too spicy. It was some of the best turkey I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to try their hickory smoked turkey.

The turkey should have been here yesterday 11/21 and it’s 6pm on 11/22, still no turkey. UPS still shows waiting to receive the package. Will update the rating if something positive happens.
UPDATE: 11/25 noon and still no turkey. No communication from Cajun turkey co.either. Hoping it’s not going to be a big ordeal to get a full refund.

I ordered a Cajun fried turkey from them at the Saint Michaels Farmers Market in October and was assured they would ship it to me Nov. 21. I still haven’t received it. That Monday I sent an email to confirm with no response. Then I called twice and received a voice mailbox is full. Guess a lot more people had issues too. I would like a refund since yesterday I had to scramble to find another turkey. This is no bad reflection of the Saint Michaels market. They are a very respectable market. The Cajun Turkey Co.should be ashamed they overpromised with no communication to make it right.

Placed an order WEEKS ago to pick up a Turkey on Thanksgiving day as it was an available time slot to pick up a Turkey. Drove 30 minutes to find out they are closed. 4 other people came by at the same time. Not sure why it would be an option if they knew they would be closed. VERY ANNOYING

I see others are having issues as well! Thanks for RUINING our Thanksgiving. Way to go. I'm sure you & yours had everything though. Rude! If you're going to run a business, run one with ETHICS & INTEGRITY. MAKE GOOD ON YOUR PROMISES.
