I had an awesome experience with Susan! She was so helpful and kind! She’s always professional and it’s easy to see that she enjoys helping people! Loved getting to know her and she made The Campbell an easy choice to move into the property!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Any questions I had were all answered. Susan sent me a virtual tour which helped me decide on the apartment. The whole experience was amazing. I had an amazing experience with Susan even though I choose to move somewhere closer to my job. She is very professional and elegant. She has an electric personality. It was even more convenient that she offered to give me a tour via FaceTime which I've never been offered before. Overall an amazing experience and I will recommend anyone to her! I’ll be relocating from out of state so I’ve been stressing pretty bad about finding a safe, nice&. Spacious rental property to move to. Mario WENT ABOVE IN BEYOND to make sure I had virtual tours online of my options, was very clear on the application process, responded to my emails within hours, was always friendly, assured me they had 24hr security on the property and alarm systems in all of their units! I’m completely satisfied with his customer service. I’ll be leaving another review a few months after I move in. As a business owner I greatly appreciate the professionalism. - ask for mario.reynolds!

Wendy is the worst manger ever. My flooring been un-level since I moved in my apartment, the flooring causing my furniture to break and dining table. She tried switching my unit and down grading me. Don’t move here I really regret moving in.

I have been here now about 3 months and cannot express how impressed I am with the property and specifically the property manager Wendy! Thank you for making this place feel like home and always addressing any concerns promptly and fairly! It’s rare to have a property manager who truly cares about the residents as well as the property! And absolutely ask for Mario if you are looking to lease-he is awesome!

TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY and for what they are charging they should be ashamed of themselves. When I initially signed my lease Shenell was the best leasing agent to date on property. The property manager is a HORRIBLE person. Wendy doesn’t care about the tenants nor does she care to help like she lied to me and said she would. She refused to submit the paperwork required for tenants to receive rental assistance and always pretending to be busy when I’m sure if she trained her agents better they may have a better opportunity to assist the general public. I also requested to add my children to my lease as it was needed for the assistance which she spelled my daughters name incorrectly and refused to correct it after it being brought to her attention. I encourage ANYONE to reconsider staying her because I had faulty electricity when I moved in and there were several issues following that have yet to be repaired. My biggest worry is having to live here and not be able to adequately protect my children at night because she claims that ADT would let her know when they would be available to fix my panel that maintenance managed to break while attempting to fix my breaker. My ac unit was installed incorrectly and I had to deal with leaking water because he didn’t have it connected to drain properly. I had to bother my neighbor downstairs because my lights flipped and I didn’t want to risk electrocuting myself. Being charged $1906 to live where they’re is constant shooting and crime happening should really say enough. This is not downtown Dallas or even Fort Worth for this amount money a month. DO NOT RECOMMEND
