Hands down the best used car lot in Garland. I have bought 3 cars from them and will continue to. Marr Sam and Luis are some of nicest easiest people in the world to talk to. No pressure for the sale and they make sure you are happy with the vehicle you get. If you need a car in Garland or nearby this is the place to go.

I went to the car network really needing a vehicle. After being given the normal run around at every other dealership we visited walking into this place was a breath of fresh air. Luis was the sales person that helped me and not only his professionalism but his thorough explanations on each and every question I had was so reassuring. I’ll be referring any and everyone to The Car Network!

My issue is I purchased a 2012 Nissan Versa Hatchback over a year ago. I have already paid approximately $5,900 and I asked The Car Network what was my Payoff Balance and they told me $9,900 dollars, I’m a Grandmother on a fixed income and a Cancer patient, There is no way I should still owe almost $10,000 dollars, I really feel Ripped Off right now. And my Daughter Car that she got from them broke down on her after 3 months and now she is without a car. I really like you guys but Right is Right and Wrong is Wrong. I’m a God fearing Woman, Single, And a Grandmother, This is Just Ridiculous and I Am Truly Hurt.

I would like to start with how helpful and quick Sam and Luis where to get me in a reliable and decent priced used truck I have been looking for a decent truck to be able to able to haul things and move stuff around when needed and I tell you Sam and Luis where quick to put me in a ram 1500. I’m definitely going to be going back to get my self a personal truck in the future. Thanks to the car network team on helping me out and being so helpful and friendly.

Called about a car. The sales person was a complete jack*as. I told him I'm out of state and have some questions and he didn't even know what mileage was on the car but somehow had a price for me. I said I want to talk about the car and he just said "What time can you stop by today. Just swing by and we can make a deal". Yeah. I'm 1000 mi away, I'll just swing over there right now. This is not how business is done. Very unprofessional and rude attitude as well.

Clean cars, Excellent customer service and friendly staff. All were very helpful and negotiable. Would highly recommend checking out there vehicles and friendly services. Luis was great help.

UPDATE 09092022 (Was 5 until now)
Still driving on the paper tags (expired). They seem to have issues with the titling of the fully paid for purchase of vehicle. Most calls are "Ghosted". Even called earlier 11am today yeah answered. Still no new info to call me back an hour later (12pm). No call back.
This is very disappointing, unpleasant and unprofessional.

09222022 Finally got Plate and registration and for the inconvenience they are making things right. With what was provided so far has raised my confidence with them. And once said and done I will update again

BEST DEALERSHIP WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Thank you so much car network for all of your hard work, effort, and passion into getting my boyfriend and I our new SUV it's exactly what we wanted! Walking into dealerships can be extremely stressful, but at car network the whole team made us feel very comfortable and reassured us that we would be driving off the lot. Allen had referred us but he was out that day so Luis took care of us, and he goes above and beyond for his customers! So shoutout to Luis and Allen. The whole experience was a 20 and if we could give The Car Network a 20 star review we would! Thank you so much we really really appreciate you all)

This dealership really needs 0 stars! Do not I repeat do not buy a car from here. They prey on your desperate need to get a car and will just put you in a trash car/ lemon just to make a sell. They took my 1000 dollar deposit and I asked them were there any issues I needed to know about and they said no. Three days later let me repeat THREE DAYS LATER my car was running hot and smoking like the 4th of July. I had it towed at my expense back to them because it was not drivable and they allegedly replaced the radiator only to NOT EVEN three months later major oil leak. Cooliant leak check engine light came on AND started running hot again. SMH! So at this point im like omg this car is not reliable for me and my daughter. I ask them can they due a mechanical swap and put me in something else since there were so many issues they told me no. Not only that they would not give me my deposit back nor with they service the car without me FIRST paying 120 just to LOOK at it! Not fix but 120 just to look. No type of INTEGRITY Whatsoever!

I was having issues with my car, told them I couldn’t keep paying it… THEY WERE WILLING TO HELP ME AND COME UP WITH A PAYMENT PLAN TO SERVICE MY VEHICLE AND THEY GOT IT DONE IN LESS THAN A WEEK. THANK YALL SO MUCH FOR HELPING THIS MAMA IN NEED

Best dealership ever! Walked in got greeted by friendly staff, was offered drinks and snacks while i waited for my app. Everyone was so nice and generous 100% recommend.
