Very bad. I recommend that you do not go buy any car, I bought one after 10 days it broke, it spent 20 days in the shop and they charged me 2200 dollars and two days after picking it up it was fixed it broke again and they want us to pay them 1400 dollars more for They say the spark plugs are bad and I put down $7,000 and now they say they can't help me or change it. They are scammers. Don't buy there. They entangle you and in the end you end up losing. Before you buy something, you have to read the comments and investigate.which I did not do so please I warn you not to go to that dealer they are shameless scammers

Good afternoon gentlemen, in this way I want to inform you that this dealer is the most shameless and scammer there is in this country, they sold me a car and after a month it no longer works, they are literally thieves.

My grandson was looking for a good deal on a pickup. I have known the owner for over 15 years and know that The Car Stone has a good reputation. The staff are very friendly and will do what it takes to make the deal right. I recommend that you give them a try if you are looking for a used car or pickup.

Buyer beware! Selling junk on wheels! Started having problems with the car 2 weeks after purchasing and have been fixing and replacing things ever since. It's only been 4 months and as of yesterday it officially quit on me. I'll be looking around for a new vehicle but I'll be taking my business elsewhere!

Do not make the same mistake my family and I did. These guys sold us a "reliable" truck that made it 1000 miles before the engine blew up. I am currently am paying for a truck that I can't drive or afford to fix. The ford mechanics showed me all of the bad repairs done before I got the truck. They also showed me the mud inside the intake manifold. They were surprised the truck made it as far as it did. It's not like I got a deal on the truck, I paid top dollar. I gave the car store multiple chances to help my family out. I asked for them to pay for half of the repair and they flat out declined. I figured that was more than fair. Please be careful who you trust with your business. These guys ONLY care about making money, not you or your families. They are crooks, beware.

Victor was an amazing help. The whole team there is so great! Victor was very personable and really helped me with finding the perfect car and keeping it in my budget. I would highly recommend coming here to buy a new used car. Ask for Victor, he's the best!

I have bought 9 vehicles in 7 years never had any problems with them. Fantastic service from and respect from the sales persons. Bought 2 vehicles from Victor in less than two weeks a great sales person Victor can get you in a vehicle just ask for him when you get there. Tell him that Johnny Walker sent you there too speak to him

Bought a car from them ran for a week motor blew took them 4 months to replace it car set for a month before they touched it they told me they talked to the bank to pushed my payments back once I got the car back I was 2 months behind on my car payment

Working on getting my 4th vehicle from here have yet to be disappointed. Ask for Johnny he will go all out to get you in something you like

6 days! That's how long that 2016 Kia Soul ran. Now the first time I spoke to Johnny Rydell you sounded so proud that you sold my naïve son a car that looked like a a few homeless people and their pets lived in. Regardless of how excited he was to get that car your conscience should have never let that car drive off the lot, oh wait you don't have one because you knew you had him in your grasp, so, SAME ON YOU SIR!

I've got more, much more to say but I'm going to stop here because you know how I feel about this whole situation. This would have never happened if I would have been there but unfortunately I live in Houston. I hope your days are filled with check engine lights, recalls and service updates that you neglect to take care of.
