Such an amazing experience with The Castillo Group! My husband and I were super nervous about buying our first house for our family, but it took no time to realize we made the right choice. Our realtor, Shannon, had lined up communities our first visit and we we fell in love with a home on that initial walk. Three Months later we were closing on the exact house we loved! They are incredible at answering questions ALL DAY AND NIGHT, at making the process feel so much easier and taking the initiative to get you deals you never thought of. Already recommending them to my coworkers who want to settle in on a new home!

After closing they just dumped us with our questions. Within the process our agent was at the end completely unresponsive. No answers to our messages, emails, or phone calls. After closing it got even worse. You cannot even ask one more thing. It’s like the company has disappeared. The negotiations were not good enough. Important repairs were left out and I feel that the agent did represent the other side but not me.

The Castillo group made the sale of my home a breeze. I was always in the loop and never felt that I didn't know what was happening next.
