The Cheesecake Factory, Friendswood TX

I ordered a strawberry cheesecake yesterday and omg… ITS AMAZING! So delicious! The quality is absolutely amazing! 10/10

Food is too expensive but it's friendswood so it's expected. Wait staff is amazing never have been able to afford cheesecake yet maybe one day tho.

My favorite place, every time I loved it, the dishes delicious, and every dish has a special test. Thanks a lot for all the employees for all positions in the restaurant.

Waited over an hour for a party of nine. The max amount of people you can check in at a time is 7 online. I had a party of 9. So I decided to call ahead after putting my online party in and asking what my new time will be to which I agreed upon. When me and my family were presented inside "this" is the best they could do. Honestly I applaud your enginuity to thinking this could work. My chair was bumped into the entire 10 minutes I patiently waited until they said they would "have a table soon".

The table wasn't ready then what's the point of calling ahead and waiting? Pointless. To be sat down and told after an hour of waiting that this is "normal for parties of 8 or more" it's just unprofessional. I'm genuinely okay telling people to not spend money here for that interaction alone. Then proceed to tell me to wait for another table to be ready. Fantastic. We did try to fix the situation and stay but at that point we had been sitting for a good 10-15 minutes without a drink or waiter, the interaction had already deteriorated and we left.

Thanks to the manager for keeping professional but no thanks to her telling us that a booth is what we want. Or we wait even more. Legitimately sat in the middle of the aisle. I expect higher standards from such a popular name.

The menu is intense. Everything they do is quite good though, and yes the cheesecake is worth it.

Visited on a weeknight, not crowded. Once seated, it took a very long time for the waiter to even appear. He takes our orders. He comes back, about the time we expect our food to arrive, to tell us they are out of that menu item. A while later (more waiting) he returns to tell us they are out of the replacement dish, as well. Apparantly, they're out of food. We left.
Another visit, found a piece of glass in my salad.

Waiter was very polite and professional, perfect service.manager went around and checked on tables also. Food was great, got cheesecake to-go. No complaints at all!

The cheesecake is absolutely amazing! The rest of the food is pretty good, too, but it is pretty pricey.

I’d never been. It’s expensive, but everything we ordered (mostly pasta dishes) was excellent. We all shared each other’s dishes and couldn’t say which was best.

This visit will go down in history as one of my best experiences at a restaurant.
Absolutely everything was excellent.

Had dinner there for my birthday. The meal was just ok. I ordered the chipotle pasta. The pasta was a little undercooked and I didn’t have enough sauce so it was a bit dry. The kids meal chicken strips were overcooked. And the appetizer is not what we asked for. The cheesecake was excellent! Excellent! The service was fine.

We were having a late lunch, shepherd's pie & chipotle chicken pasta, turtle cheesecake and absolutely huge hot fudge sundae. Great service by the wait staff and excellent food. Thanks for the experience!

A bit more expensive than it used to be, just like everything else. All the main dishes were awesome. Would probably not get the spinach dip again, large portion, decent but not great.

My fav cheesecake ever! It would be perfect having a place like tables to eat it on the place!

Our boss ordered pickup for our lunch and I ordered the BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad! And boy was it Great! I am ordering another for my family this time! Salad was amazing!

This was my 1st visit to a cheesecake factory. This one was located in a suburb of Houston. Friendly staff and, as the name indicates, an unreal selection of cheesecakes

The food was hot and got there fast. The waiter seemed like he wasn't very happy as as a reply he was kinda rude. But the food was so good recommended.
