The Cheesecake Factory, Allen TX

The food was delicious. Salads are giant portions. The burger and tacos were just the right portion for one. The cheesecakes were delicious. If you plan on coming a weekend evening, definitely make a reservation online because it was an hour wait for a table.

Saturday night 9pm; “our patio is already close”… really? In Texas? When the temperature barely go down at 9 and you can enjoy outside? …. When still light outside is already close? …. Ok, can we get a table inside? …”yes, 1 1/2 waiting time “…… really? On a Saturday at 9pm…. Why not to hire more servers and cooks and have more business? ….

Food was good. Ordered a salad I never received and we seemed to get lost sitting at a bar table.our service started as.a 1, pretty messed up for starting the day.

If I could give zero stars I would! They do not care how they prepare your food when it’s being delivered to your home. My shrimp were extremely greasy and undercooked as well as my Avocado rolls full of grease! The food was cold as well. I called the restaurant and the manager Kathy or Katy claimed the restaurant couldn’t do a thing about it.

No refund and no credit! HORRIBLE!

A great place to have dinner with anyone. They have a wide selection of food and as a picky eater myself I was able to find something I like. Food wasn't that expensive with the meal being amazing. Would come again. You can eat outside and enjoy the view from the tables.

I went to eat lunch with my friend. The flatbread I ordered was really good and perfect for my appetite that day!

This place is awesome! I had Sierna and Linda for my servers and they were very courteous and kind. The food was wonderful!

Do not call in to order to go. I was on hold for 10 minutes 3 different people picked up the phone luckily for me the third one took my order.

The good is great but prepare to wait. Itbwas a Monday night and we ordered curbside online. I showed up 5 min early and the undersized parking lot was crawling. Every spot taken and another 4 or 5 lined up along the curb. I got lucky and nabbed a spot as someone pulled out. I dont know if someone called in sick but there was only one lady running orders out. She took my name right away and then we sat there for 35 min waiting for our food which was luke-warm by then.

Feel like taking a nap? Order a to-go order, arrive on time to pickup, and take a 20-30 minute nap. You’ll feel refreshed to eat the food. Happened 3 times now.

The food was good and surprisingly a good portion with my omelette. The waiter, Terry was great and on top of his beverage refill game.

Food was fantastic. The Firecracker Salmon is a a great app if you want something light and delicious! Service was great; the wait wasn’t too bad for when I went on a Friday evening (about 20 minutes). Will return.

The food is divine as well their cheesecakes. Be prepared to wait for the food for large parties. Great dining experience!

Always a good choice. Salads are big enough to share with the free bread. Strawberry shortcake was delicious and big enough to share as well.

I always appreciate the ambiance and the atmosphere of the Cheesecake Factory. After a day of shopping at the mall, the staff at the factory ate very obliging and helpful. Most of thecwaitees know the entire menu and have tasted everything so they can give you a recommendation on items. The Sri is are good and its all affordable.

Hands down the worst service that I have received recently at a restaurant that is way over-priced for the portions you recieve. Waiter asked if we wanted more bread. We said tes. It NEVER came. Had to ask for more water, and that took about 15 minutes. Part of my food was undercooked, so it was difficult to eat with my bad teeth. Took so long that we cancelled our order of cheesecake and opted to get desert elsewhere.
