I’ve deleted my previous comment that has been on the page for months because the complex is finally making some much needed changes. They made the great choice to hire the new manager Jesse who has gone above and beyond to fix the problems at hand. He’s personally reached out to check in and communication has improved significantly. You can tell things are not 100% great BUT you can see improvement which you couldn’t see before. I’ll be staying as long as Jesse stays manager of the complex

I would give 0 stars if available. POOR MANAGEMENT JOANNE AND JESSIE ARE DISCRIMINATORY AND VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I ASKED THEM FOR THE HIGHER UP BOSSES NAME AND CONTACT INFORMATION AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME AND DISCONNECTED THE PHONE LINES. MOVING FROM 18 HOURS AWAY THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY FOR FEES. MY MOVE IN DATE IS SUPPOSED TO BE IN TWO DAYS ON AUGUST 5th AND I HAVE NO PLACE, have not GOTTEN A VIRTUAL TOUR AS I WAS PROMISED. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED AND IVE CALLED EVERYDAY SINCE JUNE. (They’ve only answered 5 times in two months)

Roach problem and they won't respond my? Control request for pest control even though I pay for it every month $25.00. Trash is not being picked up at my door but they charge $25.00/ month. Also note the pool, work out facility has not been working for 2 months that I have been here. They keep saying it will be open tomorrow, now the office phone is not working I get a wird message and then the phone hangs up. By the time I get off work the office is closed. Workers in office seem stressed out. They are closing work orders without doing the work. Fyi. On the holiday they requested the rent on the day before the holiday 7-3- 2022 4th of July or your rent will be considered late and they charge me $100.00.

This is definitely one of the worst experiences I have ever had. My AC has been declining since December freezing up and my boys and I have to live in 80 degrees heat and the management says it's my fault.

Do NOT MOVE HERE! Buildings are infested with roaches. Even with pest control, the roaches don’t go nowhere. They have old appliances that don’t consistently work and need to be replaced. Appliances are old and outdated. The outside is. Dry dirty and piles with trash all over the complex. I had no hot water for two weeks straight. I had mold in both my restrooms that took months for them to remove. Maintenance is very unprofessional and rude. The office staff is rude and unprofessional.

I’ve lived here for four years and the trash problem is the worst it’s ever been. It’s not just the trash and furniture surrounding the dumpsters that’s been sitting there for weeks - the entire property is covered in trash. Nothing is ever done to clean up the grounds and the property is just poorly maintained. It’s just bad. I can’t wait to move out in November.

Joanne is definitely the go to! I just relocated from California i did everything online for tour to application after doing a 25 hr drive i arrive joanne had my apartment ready everything was as my virtual tour joanne definitely made my move alot easier thank you so so much add on to everything is so close from the community! Best decision!

Gloria was very sweet and so helpful. She was working alone and there was a lot going on. Throughout the whole thing she was calm and trying help everyone one by one. She did amazing job. So sweet. Great communication. Straight forward. Im looking forward to moving in may knowing we have a great office lady. Thank you Gloria for everything. Great personality and beautiful heart.

It was a disaster from the time I moved in to the time I moved out! When I showed up to get my keys the apt wasn’t ready. Mind you I did all paperwork 2 weeks before so it was more than enough time to have the unit ready. I had to move all my things in the unit I had no where else to put it and the movers were waiting as well. I got moved in only to find out ever air vent was full of mold. It was filthy, dirty and nasty, I go to the office I tell them they come look have the maintenance man come clean the vents. He sprayed paint over the vent covers and left all the mold. My son never bounced back 100% after Covid so we couldn’t live there. There is so much more but to make a long story short keep going don’t move here.

The staff and service here are wonderful! Miss Joanne and Miss Gloria have been, and continue to be, transparent, diligent, and are noticeably efficient. Although the standards are meticulous - as they should be - people are not greeted frustration. They are handled with intent care.

Complex issue but resolved promptly upon visit by apartment manager and senior maintenance staff. I appreciate that both of them took a 'hands on' approach to solve the problem the same afternoon it was reported.
Note: I've lived here since October 2012, and this staff reacts promptly and professionally to get the job done.

My experience has been nothing short of amazing! No matter what they have been a big help with my transition from Louisiana to here. They are extremely understanding and patient! They ensure you are aware of everything they are doing and contacts you back in a timely manner.

Again, I applaud our new maintenance crew. Carlos was extremely professional and nice. They came to change out a light bulb in my upstairs bathroom and since they no longer carried that speciality bulb, he changed out the light fixture with the newer one so it actually matches the other fixtures which was nice. They also fixed the bathroom sink issue that I hadn't had a chance to put a ticket in for. My only constructive criticism would be that it would be nice if they had a little hand held vacuum or something to clean up the mess that was left on the floor rather than leaving it to the resident to do. Not a huge deal though, just a courtesy thought.

Joanne the leasing agent is the person to talk to. Perfect all around and the updated apartments are gorgeous
