Freezing cold inside.still asking ppl to wear mask for literally no reason at all.staff was dressed trashy and didnt know what they were doing.

Went on Saturday to pick up a online order, its usual to wait forever here to pick up orders so I've grown accustomed to it. However, Saturday March 8th, 2021, the older women working there was so rude. No apologies for the wait, I greeted her and no response back, I even tried to help her find my bag, when she did find my order, she just asked for number, I started to give it to her and after I said 832 she practically just cut me off and like "tossed " it at me. I told have to have a wonderful day and still no response. Can this place just have a self check out?

I'm shopping at this location anymore. The customer service sucks. It's like they aren't happy to be at work. It was a very unpleasant visit. The store is always unorganized and never have what you need.

I went in to trade a pair of pants that were marked incorrectly (it was marked bootcut but they were straight legged) the worker was rude, didn't want to help me tried to walk off multiple times when i showed her the pants had a tag she let out some air brakes and walked off to get a pair of bootcut. She completed the transaction without saying a word to me. This was a terrible experience i haven't seen someone who didnt want to work while at work that intensely in quite a long time. I will be driving further when i need to go to the childrens place so to avoid that type of treatment.

I walked in, and I was the only customer. No one said hello or acknowledged I was present. The first word spoken to me was at the register, “Are you ready to check out? ” The whole experience was short and cold. I felt like I was an inconvenience being there. I haven’t been to this store in over a year because I’ve had similar experiences with them and was tired of it. Unfortunately, it has not improved. They need significant training in customer service.

I dont understand why they are so miserable to work at this location. The cashier usually a tall African American lady is so rude. I have gone to do pick up or buy only because my daughter loves the clothes. But I hate going because they hate their job and make you feel so unwelcome. I used to work in retail and their attitude is unacceptable in a retail industry. You would think they would value their job as so many businesses have been affected by covid. But because of that same attitude they will keep loosing customers and eventually close the stores.

I love the clothes here, but the customer service is terrible. It’s like the staff tries to avoid you. No help at all, and if you ask for help, they act like you are inconveniencing them. This location needs an overhaul of their whole staff.

The clothes are cute and well priced. Most of the staff is nice except one lady, a tall lady that usually works register. I asked her one question and she looked at me like I was dumb and said “Uh yeah”.

First experience went horrible.
I ordered online and just came to pick up right before closing. Store looked like a mess, hangers on floor, signs falling, cashier front looked like a mess, you name it. I’ve worked in retail before so I know how hard it can get. The clothes are so cute and affordable and checking out the uniform pieces are cute as well.

After trying to call and figure out my order’s tracking I was so disappointed. Got 0 help from whoever answered. I come in and got 0 acknowledgement as well. I have to stand waiting while one of the young staff just stares at me and finally gets that I need something. She finally walks up to counter and is so dismissive of my order and I’m just finally excited to up and leave the store.
Disappointed the clothes are so cute but not worth coming back unless I’m strictly ordering online. Don’t recommend going to this location.

I agree with all the other reviews the staff is horrible! I got there at 10am and no one bothered to come unlock the doors until 10: 10 after I had to call the store. I ordered a bunch of things online and they said I had to sign the receipt confirming I picked up the items. That was no problem but I wanted to check in the box and make sure all my items where there before signing for it. The staff member became so rude saying that the box came from the warehouse and it’s their problem if something is missing and I can’t open the box there. She was obviously put out by a simple request and her attitude only got worse.
Children’s place has decent clothes and good sales. From now on I will only be ordering the clothes straight to my house to not have to deal with the staffs bad attitudes. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful.

If I could give zero stars I would! They have a sign that says “Denim $12” but apparently it’s not all the denim in the area of the sign, Just certain denim pieces. When I brought this up to the manager she immediately got an attitude with me saying it should be obvious. When I tried explaining to her that I’ve worked retail before and that signs must be clearly marked in the state of Texas she rolled her eyes and me and attempted to argue.
Absolutely unprofessional and a rip off! BBB will be hearing from me as well.

Snagged some great deals on assorted tops for infants and toddlers at $1.99! Staff was helpful as always.

Yesterday was my first experience shopping at this location since we've relocated to Humble. The staff was friendly but the store was freezing cold. After a while we could feel that the temperature was adjusted which made things more comfortable. They're selections are very well organized. My daughter's and I will be returning to this location.

I usually shop online for husky pants but I needed some in short notice and they only had a little rack with a few husky pieces. No big selection. The rack is not marked so I didnt know until I asked. I did not find anything I needed. The cashier was nice.

This store is awful. Employees are rude and extremely unhelpful. They act like your a criminal when you need to exchange something. On top of that always a messy disaster. I will never shop here again.

I have to agree with the previous reviews, this store has horrible customer service! No one greets you, I literally thought I was the only one in the store. Also, asking an employee for help is out of the question! They have no shame in making it known that you are annoying them. I just don't get it! This is a Children's store, so I expect the employees and the vibe to feel like it. My whole thoughts are: if you want to be ill-mannered then you should consider changing employers.

The return policy is very bad. I used to buy all my daughters’s clothes from this store but they are very rude when you need return some item. In all this time I just want change for a big size 3 new leggings but I lose the receipt and they are very rude. I never bought again at this store.
