The Children's Place, Garland TX

This store USED TO BE great! I went in yesterday to exchange some clothes I bought for my kids. I didn't want to be hassled with waiting for money to go back on my card. When I pointed to the exact same pair of pants but a smaller size, I was still told it had to go back on my card because the color wasn't identical.
They are also supposed to honor their online prices. I had a 3 pack of shirts that wrang up for 19.99, yet on the website, the exact shirts were 9.99. I had my phone out so she could see. The girl next to my cashier rudely told me they don't do that anymore, so I asked politely and out of curiosity when did the stop. She got a huge attitude and very rudely told me, "When my manager told me we don't, which was last week. " So I told them they can keep the shirts.
I will not return to this store again!

My email has been used fraudulently here. I would not shop here again. My suggestion for people who shop here would be to check your emails and accounts. Looks like this place has issues with customers information getting leaked, I have filed a complaint about my issue and I hope it gets fixed.

Very rude and unwelcoming employees. A lady who seemed to be the manger on shift did not greet nor say goodbye to customers. She eyed my children as they looked around the store. It is a CHILDREN’S clothing store so of course kids will be in the store. She huffed because my little girl accidentally dropped pants. I picked it up. The store was dead and there was no reason to get frustrated over something small. I have worked in crisis response and I don’t understand how someone can get so frustrated with small things.

Theres this guy that works there that’s very rude. Its early in the morning so I’m unsure if they are open. The door was a bit stuck bc the latch was still on it. I manage to open it and he sees me open the door. I kindly ask him if they, re open. He rudely responds with “weLL tHe dOor is oPen” i looked at him and walked right back out. Why are you working there if you hate your job? And this isn’t the first time they act rude they huff and puff when a cx walks in the door.

I wish that Managements are actually reviews these store specific complaints. The workers are super rude, I entered the store and heard how one employee was almost yelling to a customer standing there with her 5 kids. Those kids were terrified… Poor mama was holding herself not to burst into tears in front of her kids! This is just beyond unacceptable behavior from the employees. I took my child and walked away. Never again returning there…

Did a quick return from an online order at this location. Staff was friendly and quick! No problems at all.
