The Children's Place Outlet, Round Rock TX

There was three staff and they were just talking at the cashier part. I asked three question and they were responding from there not coming to help. Very disrespectful staff. Their response was very disrespectful. I felt there are no staff to help in store. Employees were so rude.

The young lady Natasha was extremely nice and helpful when I went in today to buy last minute 4th of July shirts. I absolutely love this location and will always shop here.

Well, do not call this place to check th status/availability. You will be put on hold for long time and still get incorrect answer. When you confront them about it, the employees will be rude and tell you on your face "you are not the only customer we attend to"!

Better to choose shipping.anyway it's free.

Staff was friendly and very helpful! I enjoy shopping at this Children’s Place because of it’s location! They always have spectacular sales on children clothing! Their clearance racks are always full of great deals!

Honestly my experience with this store in the outlet I know how many people coming in and out of this store especially when it comes back to school shopping! They have such a high inventory of items (which is wonderful) when you compare to online shopping they usually have it in store! I received a gift card from a family member recently and thought everyone was done back to school shopping. I was wrong! So many people in the store tearing through clothes the staff was calm & collected. I personally get very overwhelmed with my two children in crowded places. I think the manager understand my panic when I tried to ask if he can hold my items so I can come back later.he didn’t belittle or act like what I was asking was too much. He pulled a wireless eft and was able to check me out in the middle of the store so I could leave and go home! I see him in there often and didn’t get a name. But, I was sure to thank him today when I went back and spent the rest of the gift card. The store looked very neat and organized today. Manager keeps busy to try to keep up with the store. Overall will keep shopping here. It’s true when customer service is good will make you want to shop more!
