The Cleaners reviews
4Worst cleaners ever. Damage clothing and claim that it was there before even though they have their own inspection process. My clothes came back brittle and would tear with the slightest touch. It happened to almost all of my garments. When taken back they refused accept responsibility. Was the most ridiculous process I've ever seen. Terrible terrible experience.after reading other reviews from other stores around the city it seems to be a big problem. Several complain about ripping of clothing and damaging garments without compensation. Where is the watchdog of the city? This company needs to stop ripping people off!
I have been using their services for the last 3 years now, and I must say that they have done a wonderful job with every garment that I have ever taken there. Very good job!

I used this dry cleaner for nearly a year and loved it. I took approximately 4-10 items per week and the ladies always seemed to recognize me. The last time I went, I picked up my clothes and when I pulled out one of the blouses to wear, I noticed a large tear down the back. It was only visible when on, bit I removed the blouse immediately and took ot back when I took in my weekly drop off.
I brought the blouse to them, showing them the damage and simply asked if they could fix the damage. I didn't ask for them to pay for the blouse or anything crazy. I simply asked that they repair the damage they caused, and the manager simply said "we didn't do that! " She then went on to accuse me of lying and trying to get them to fix my blouse. She held it up and said she could smell my perfume on it and that I clearly wore it and tore it.
Truth is, I put the blouse on as I was getting ready to go out and noticed the tear in the blouse. The blouse is not snug or tight fitting and it did not tear as I put it on.
I was so offended that they 1. Refused to take responsibility of damage that they cause and 2. Was appalled that they would accuse a well-known customer of lying in order to save $5 on a stitching repair.
