The Cleaning Authority - Plano / Frisco, Richardson TX

I had a great experience with The Cleaning Authority - Plano. Martha and Maura arrived on time and did a great job. I will be having them out for continued cleanings.

I’m not a person who typically writes reviews but I do think The Cleaning Authority has earned my taking time to write one. I do read reviews and appreciate the information, therefore I’ll tell about my experience. Overall The Cleaning Authority is excellent. I am happy with my clean home, time and time again! They are better than any other company run cleaners & all private cleaners I have experienced in TX. They started with an overall cleaning and with each subsequent visit rotate areas of focus. Each visit I receive a sheet listing what has been covered enabling me to double check the work. One time when I found the range hood unclean The Cleaning Authority wanted to send someone back out to make it clean to my satisfaction. They stand by their work. I do think I am particular, and at my
house they have met my expectations. Cristy, Rithza cleaned last, Maura before that.

Both Maricela and Ana entered the house on Monday for our standard cleaning and greeted me with hugs and “Happy Mother’s Day” greetings! They are such pleasant, hard working ladies that always do an outstanding job at keeping my house clean. So happy to have this team working at my home!

I have used The Cleaning Authority (Plano/Frisco) for almost 3 years. They consistently provide a thorough cleaning and are highly professional. Every cleaner has worked hard to make our home shine, with deep cleans for certain areas on rotation. When we first moved into this house, the previous owner left a disaster and the cleaning authority team worked for 8 hours on a deep clean to get it move in ready. Special shout out to Maura who leads the teams week in and week out.

My team is Veronica and Maria T and they are always on time, super sweet, detailed, and consistent. I was pleasantly surprised by their pricing too. Especially for the quality of work.
