I am currently enrolled in the LMRT program here at CHCP. From the start, the admissions team, financial aid, and the teachers have been so great. I genuinely feel like I am learning so much here. So far I have met Ms. Nealy and Ms. Swenson and they are both great teachers who have taught me so much. I genuinely 10/10 recommend CHCP.

I am currently enrolled in the CHCP program under Mrs. Curry and words cannot express how grateful I am to truly have an amazing teacher. Having someone who can actually take the time to learn each one of their students and really create a warm/welcoming environment is something that I feared that I wouldn’t be able to have when starting this new chapter, however, Mrs Curry did and is continuing to still deliver above expectations in my book. Thanks to Mrs Curry and her endless effort… it really has opened the opportunity of me wanting to comeback to CHCP to continue my learning. Highly recommend 10 out of 10.

Terrible terrible terrible school! I should have known it would be a bad experience when the enrollment guy Joseph hung up in the middle of our conversation and never called back. He also has sent me probably 100 emails asking me to review him even though he did a terrible job. I finally just gave him a review so he would stop emailing me every day. I decided to try this school because it’s the only dental assistant program that accepts FAFSA. So it was really my only choice.the online classes I felt like they were just trying to fill the time with pointless assignments. I just feel like the material was all over the place and was so rushed and quick I didn’t learn anything. They move though so much material so quickly each week its impossible to grasp anything. I was hoping the in person classes would tie it all together but unfortunately I felt I didn’t have a good teacher. My teacher was mrs vic and she had us wait by the door every morning and call her phone to open the door because they don’t give online students a key code. Of course she never answered her phone so I would be waiting for about 20 minutes before being let in. On one occasion, I even left because nobody was answering and finally after an hour the teacher called me and was wondering where I was, but I told her I had been waiting and of course she made it seem like it was me who is late. So odd… she was rude and was so rushed with everything she taught I was barley even able to ask questions. Went to two weeks of the in person class before I realized there’s no way I’m paying $12,000 for this terrible excuse of an education. When I did decide to withdrawal, they called me and harassed me trying to figure out why I wanted to quit the lady was extremely aggressive trying to intimidate me into not withdrawing. I finally just lied and said I was afraid of blood so she would leave me alone and let me get off the phone! Craziness! Save urself the time and just work for a dental office that will train you or do the 6 week program at a dentist office.

My Doctoral Journey started with CHCP

My association with CHCP began in 2011 when I enrolled as a student in the LMRT program at the age of 31. Upon completing my classes and obtaining my license, I enjoyed a fulfilling career as an X-ray Technologist. After gaining five years of field experience, I had the privilege of joining the team at CHCP as an instructor for the LMRT program. Following several years in this role, I made the decision to advance my education and once again chose CHCP.

To explore my educational goals further, I met with Ms. Ambrosia, the Director of Admissions. She helped me to decide that the Healthcare Management and Administrative Services (HMAS) associates degree program would be my next step. Ms. Sally from the financial aid office was instrumental in helping me understand my funding options, including utilizing my Military benefits as the spouse of a disabled veteran.

Throughout my time in the HMAS program, my passion for setting a positive example for my students motivated me to excel academically. I successfully completed HMAS bridge the program in only 8 months and had the honor of being named the Valedictorian for my program The empowerment that I felt from earning my associates degree at CHCP inspired me to pursue further education, including a Bachelor's, Master's, and ultimately a Doctorate degree. For my next educational journey, I chose Capella University, where I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I would not only receive transfer credits from my HMAS program at CHCP, I was also awarded transfer credit from my LMRT program towards my bachelor's degree. Recently, I completed my bachelor's degree, master's degree and have been accepted into the Doctorate program.

If you're considering CHCP, take this as a sign to go for it. I am extremely satisfied with the programs and the learning format. For years, I believed that attending college was out of reach for me due to discouragement surrounding traditional learning formats, prerequisites, and the time commitment required to achieve my goals. However, CHCP's learning format proved to be a perfect fit, allowing me to earn the associate's degree necessary to enroll in my Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctorate degree programs.

The overall course was good and the instructors were willing to help when we had any questions or concerns but it would be great for them to go into more depth with phlebotomy such as the types of tubes we should use and what kind of test they would be used for.

Everyone at CHCP really cares about their students and it’s myself that are attending the school and we are planning to finish and graduate at the same time. My family and I really appreciate all you guys at CHCP. Only if you knew how much we really need this change. GOD bless you all

Good experience so far but wish the mods were a little bit longer. By the time we understand the subject we have to move on to the next mod. So many great tools to learn. Also make the dress code and push students to follow the rules and make it consistent.

Shout out to to all the teachers. But a special thank you to Mr. Denney, Mr. Clarence, Mrs. Shirley, and Mrs. Heather, Mrs. Allie, and Mrs. Leslie! Thank you all for the support I would not be where I am without you all. Great teachers, mentors and guides on this journey. I am never one to ask for help, or cry or admit defeat, but I could not have done it alone I thank the financial aid staff career services and also the person that gave me a tour of the school and really made me feel like it was an attainable goal. THANK YOU

Amazing school, I would 10/10 recommend for someone wanting to pursue a career in healthcare. Staff, fellow students and admin are very friendly. You get to have one on one interaction with your professor and get help when you do need it. As long as you have open communication, you honest and ready for new goals, you’ll always succeed!

This Place is great. The resources and directors/teachers are amazing & very understanding. They help you be able to finish the program you enrolled in. The Courses are very flexible with your personal schedule & on campus classes are very minimal only 2 days a week. I would definitely recommend CHCP.
