The Copeland, Austin TX

The property is a well-kept very clean and quiet, everybody who works there is so friendly and always have great attitude and are really quick on fixing problems or helping to come up with a solution

We recently had the pleasure of touring The Copeland complex. Not only was the front desk staff (I believe her name was Christina) attentive and accommodating, the complex itself was super nice and well maintained.

Just toured today, Brandon was very nice and informative! Appreciate him taking the time even though they were getting close to closing time.

I have had nothing but an amazing experience at The Copeland! The staff is very attentive and ensures all residents are happy and that any issues are fixed in an extremely timely manner.

I was relocating due to work and I had about a week to find a place before I started work and I came into the Copeland and it was real nice welcoming and clean the rooms are nice ceilings modern and bright, it's next to the q2 stadium perfect to walk by and up to the domain and it's peaceful at night the mail room is secure and packages are safe and garage is safe and enclosed thanks to elysiana and Copeland staff for making my move comfortable and a good experience would recommend my co workers and others

So far things are great! I moved in about 3 weeks ago. Amber and Elysiana from the front office are great. They listen to your concerns and try their best to make sure you’re happy and comfortable. I feel safe here! The doors lock, entry is secure with Fobs. There’s designated guest parking on the 1st floor and they do actively tow people who are not registered here. Everything is very clean. I like the gym. The residents here are so kind and nice too. It’s a breath of fresh air. Very dog friendly apartment. They have a cute little dog park out back. People mostly pick up after their dogs. I’ve lived placed where they don’t so that’s nice the sound from Q2 isn’t an issue. Only negative is I’m on the side of the railroad tracks and they are LOUD (the horns). So I would avoid getting an apartment facing the railroad tracks until the “quiet zone” is in place. They told me it should be early 2024 but we’ll see ahaha. The other residents tell me that you get used to it and it doesn't bother them so I hope to be immune soon too But yes very happy being here so far. Apartments are very nice. Aesthetic is nice. Maintenance is on top of things and incredibly friendly. My dog loves it here (:

I recently toured the property. The tour was not only informative but also highly engaging, giving me a great feel for the community. What truly amazed me was the lightning-fast application process; within less than 24 hours, I received approval. This efficiency made my decision easy. I'd like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Brandon Walls for the fantastic service he provided. His attentiveness and expertise truly set a high standard. I'm eagerly counting down the days until I can move in and be a part of this wonderful community at The Copeland Apartments.

Great experience so far for the first month. Amenities are great, staff is friendly and maintenace is prompt. Neighborhood has a lot to offer and you're minutes away from anything you need

The Copeland is such a wonderful community! I’ve been living here now three weeks and the complex is nice. My.apartment did not have mistakes when I moved in, the application process was smooth, and overall I’m very happy. The elevators here are super fast which is a huge upgrade from my last apartment. Amber and Pam are wonderful. I have finally made the right choice for an apartment. My only complaint is they will not tell me which fragrance they use in their lobby lol.

Have been staying here for more than a year. They have really nice apartments, very spacious. The teams at Copeland are amazing. Anything related to maintenance is super quick. The Admin teams are very responsive and are always there to help. Special shout out to Elysiana.

Please avoid this place at all costs. I was not going to write a review (I left in February of 2022). However, after, dealing with the leasing office just now (once again), I have to write something to let people know that this place is awful. While living there, I was consistently harassed by my neighbor for noise complaints. He would call the office all the time naming that I would be playing loud music or that my dogs would be barking on the balcony unattended. I never once hosted a party at my apt complex in the year I lived there or let my dogs on the balcony. I told the office I felt harassed by the amount of complaints and lies and they did NOT follow up with me. I even started to record footage inside my apt. In addition, when I moved out, I left that apt spotless, took video footage of it (because I knew they would come back and say something), and now today, I find out that they reported my account to a credit agency. They never called me or sent me an email (they said they did not but nothing is in my inbox). They charged me for painting even though that I made sure the walls were good and never hung up anything. I have video footage of what the apt looked like. When I called the person who took my call was rude and mocked me after I corrected him that I lived in a house (he assumed I lived in an apt). When I said "I live in a house" he said "ooooh, you live in a house" in a condescending tone. If you look at other reviews, other people have experienced the same type of treatment by the leasing office (they cite passive aggressiveness) which is absolutely accurate. DO NOT live here. Awful place.

The leasing team is awesome! They were so helpful and friendly! I really loved the community here!
