I love my apartment and how close it was to everything. The staff is like family and truly love what they do. Maintenance was also quick to fix any repairs needed. Only reason I moved is because i bought a house. Definitely recommend The Core. You won't regret it!

Rene was awesome to work with, he got me a good rate on a great unit. Highly recommend The Core in general and Rene specifically.

I loved living here at The Core. Earon & Cristina are awesome managers. Cristina is so responsive and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. They typically provide snacks and treats for residents on holidays which is appreciated. Coffee/espresso/latte is always available for residents and it's very good!

I took a tour today of these gorgeous apartments after recently viewing another complex earlier that disappointed me. I instantly fell in love with the cleanliness and ambiance. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to tour since I was just dropping in without warning but Rene was so eager to help and ensure we were happy. Not only did he try his best to find the best unit for what I was looking for, he made sure to look at the actual unit and make notes of things that needed fixing. The area is awesome and so much is nearby but the actual complex is still quiet. I’m looking forward to living here and will be sure to update my review as time goes on.

I just moved out of the Core apartment for the first time in about 3 years. There were some ups and downs throughout but over time their attention to detail and resident experience has gotten better and better. The maintenance guys and the two guys running the front desks are great. Notably one of their workers Rene Salinas is super welcoming, chipper, and helpful. In the most recent time these guys helped me I was in a tough spot trying to retrieve an internet modem box from my apartment after I moved out. Rene was super happy to help. Without that my internet company would have charged me ~$300 to replace it. Thanks Core and Rene!

Rene is AWESOME! He made our leasing process seamless from beginning to end. We were really nervous about relocating without actually touring the community first. Rene exceeded our expectations by showing the property virtually, giving us the history of the building, and informing us about the many restaurants, shopping, and activities that the area has to offer. He explained the process thoroughly and made sure that we were comfortable with our Unit selection. He went over and beyond to ease the anxiety of moving to a new city. Rene is the main reason we decided on The Core. He made us feel "at home" even before moving here. Move-in day was perfect! Our apartment is beautiful and the amenities are exactly as seen on the site (which is rare). If you're looking for a great place to move and want an exceptional leasing experience go see Rene because HE ROCKS!

This was one of the best apartment experiences I’ve ever had. They are quick to respond, always willing to help, and very organized. Rene always goes out of his way to resolve any issue. Maintenance crew are very kind and reliable. Requests are carried out almost immediately.

The Core has high standards for service and they work everyday to ensure those standards are met!

I love it here - it’s been about two weeks so far but the place is awesome!
City location is wonderful for my needs and the living space is great
All staff members are attentive, friendly, and want excellent quality for residents.
Apartments are quiet - just overall peaceful and enjoyable place to live with great amenities.

The Core is great! It is in a great part of town: walking distance to restaurants, running trails, grocery stores and more. I have lived here for two years and am excited to stay for at least one more. They have a variety of apartments from small to large and a fun community! The leasing office employees were great to work with including Rene, Luke Cristina and Earon. The maintenance staff is quick (usually within 1 day) and are super friendly. They have a locker pickup system for packages which is really convenient. No problem with pests. One thing to note- if you live on the 4th floor your energy bill will not be cheap (likely due to the high ceilings).

Love this place, way better than my old building. The staff and maintenance crew always address my needs in a timely manner. And the location is great! And astonishingly, I can barely hear the train! (that was originally a concern)

All the restaurants and bars are a huge plus. And we have access to 6 Grocery Stores. (including Walmart and Target) And everything else is just down the street or near by. The bike paths near by are awesome. I can bike into downtown and beyond or to Memorial Park! (I usually just bike to breakfast/coffee though)

And living near the Heights has the benefit of not flooding. The low streets/higways and bayous may flood. This place should stay high and dry.

As for security, This is Houston. Put wheel locks (I think wheel locks are a must in this city) on your car. Don't leave your bike on your balcony and don't prop open a gate/door because you have a large group of friends over. Boom, problems solved.

Still love this place, They are always doing maintenance on the building. Which is really nice to see. I am getting spoiled by the maintenance crew. So fast! I even ask them to clean my parking spot after my car leaked oil all over it. THEY DID IT! I don't think any other place would have done that. Just wanted to say thank you. And I hope to be here for a while longer.

Renee helped me select the best unit for me. Broke down all costs and helped me get the best deal. He is very personable and will show you exactly what you want to see if you schedule a tour. I appreciate him respecting my time and reaching out to check on the details after I applied. Really appreciate the professional demeanor and clean atmosphere at this complex

If you are on the fence about where to move, look no further…this place is an absolute gem. Rene is a phenomenal leasing agent who made the leasing process so easy. I truly cannot say enough about how thankful I am to have connected with him when I was looking for a new place and had very little time to do so. He was so efficient and answered all my question…!

The office team is great they are always happy to help. Maintenance is amazing they complete all the service requests really fast and the property is beautiful.
