The Cove at Saddle Creek, Austin TX

I just moved it and it has been an amazing experience so far. Issac was the person to help me lease the apartment and he was amazing! So kind and so fast he was on top of everything! It was one of my best experiences I have had with the huge task of applying for an apartment! Second the apartment itself is sooo nice and big! I was surprised it looked bigger than the square foot says! I love the hardwood floors and huge kitchen! Everyone around me seem so nice so far! It has been a great experience!

Total Scam and fraud. Failure to fix problems, roaches everywhere. Moved out and they charged a bunch of fraudulent fees and no record of my deposits. Beware of the crooked staff and management. RPM Living has a 1 rating on the BBB which is the lowest rating so numbers don't lie. Beware! So don't even waste your time attempting to respond saying your under new management or for me to call some phone number like you care. The damage is done, you ignored legal letters and now you will have your day in court. BEWARE!

Recently moved in from out of state. To say that the leasing office staff, Adria, Isaac, and Isabel, were patient and kind in helping me land on just the perfect unit, is an understatement. I walked in to a spotless space & wonderful Welcome Bag, a very sweet gesture complete with some vital essentials and snacks! The property is beautiful and well kept! The location is in prime real estate and close to everything! I had a couple of service requests and Roberto, head maintenance as well as Fanny, were very responsive, polite, and professional. I highly recommend moving here. It’s been the smoothest move in I’ve ever had!

Absolutely amazing one of the best apartment gyms I've been to all its missing is a Roman chair and leg extension machine then perfection. Please Add!

Everyone in the office is friendly, they help you complete your application process. The condominium is clean, well maintained, it is a quiet place, I am happy to be here, 100% recommended

This apartment complex is not a great place to live at all, they complain for any little thing. They are crazy strict here. You have people all around you in your business. You just can’t breathe or live your life in peace. So PLEASE I DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE! I’ve been here for a year and it’s the biggest mistake. DO NOT LIVE HERE! They are nice to you and make you feel welcomed but they are just playing with your head. They give you eye candy but once you’re here they are the most rudest people and just complain.

Brandy is awesome! She consistently provides outstanding customer service. She is always friendly and approachable, making us feel welcome and valued. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond for her residents. Brandy's positive attitude and warm personality make her a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Brandy. When you go to Saddle Creek please ask for Brandy.

Let me be honest for any person who considers living here, the initial process will be expensive as there a lot of fees, the leasing people are very professional and nice, however as nice as they are, there is an unfortunate deception, this is nearly my 3rd year (as of 2022) here and I can proclaim how dirty the general grounds are, there is dog waste everywhere, cigarette buds with no groundskeeper to maintain it (as of 2022 they have a nice man taking care of the property). So it’s an expensive property with moderate curb appeal, don’t be deceived by how the front office looks I work in the apartment business and that area is meant to look clean, the rest of property I advice you to come back and see for yourself, last thing the gates are always left open due to wear and tear. So it’s not really a gated community keep that in mind and so when making your decision please remember to take your time and not rush things, I truly do not believe this property is all that good for the price and I will be updating this post to help people know how the property is going as I live here (update: Sadly this apartment has lot of bad neighbors, I was nearly mugged by a person here but stopped just by having pepper spray, update for 2022 the property has improved i appreciate the effort, I always try to be honest here. I still don’t recommend living here but the rent is going up. Neighbors are somewhat concerning. Anyways folks always do your research and be safe out there.

Super great property! I am part of Saddle Creek but The Cove is managed by the same company on-site. The upkeep outside is just as lovely as it is for Saddle Creek. Thanks to the team, y’all rock!
