Since I started with Credit Agents six months ago my credit score only increased by 12 points and I have paid over $600 for services that promised to increase my score by 100 to get approved for a low interest mortgage loan.
If you are looking for results then please don't spend your money on this company. Also they have customer service representatives that are not very knowledgeable and are so difficult to understand. Maybe they should to hire English speaking employees.

I was kind of skeptical at first with the cost but my Agent made me feel more comfortable by her conversation. Once they got on the case the deletions started coming off. They do what they say they will do. I've tried others and I just paid lots of money with no results. And here paying for results is great. My credit has gone up to where I wanted it. Wow my scores went up by 20 points in only the first moth! Im using the monitoring service that monitors my FICO score, that's very important. That FICO score is what most serious lenders look at to make their lending decisions among other worthiness factors. I love the credit agent!

They honestly are a legit team and business. They work with you and they are always available to answer questions and concerns. They do have flexible payment arrangements you just have to ask them to set one up for you! I’ve been a customer since March 2021 and I was extremely nervous because they required a deposit of 150$ a piece from my husband and I but they actually set us up on a payment plan for that as well and still got started on the deletions! I’m on phase 7 and they will keep working until phase 10 by that time if they have exhausted their attempts they will help me consolidate my debt for payments! I highly recommend them, just remember to always communicate with them when you need help or have questions! Always! Thanks to two Michelles in the department one who I spoke with briefly during a call on today and answered all questions I had on my list and the other who is a consultant and pretty much initiates the account and makes you feel comfortable. Thanks Credit Agents I feel like I’m making great progress because of you all!

This is my second time using them to fix my credit because I didn’t learn the first time, 3/4 years ago. First experience was excellent no issues at all, and the second time up to now has been outstanding. Even the payment system became more focus on the client needs. This company truly focuses on the client and there needs. Ask for Michelle or Tyler for any question they helped me during my calls and initial set up.

In the 40 days since I began the credit repair process with The Credit Agents my credit scores (Experian, Equifax, and Transunion) have dropped between 40-25 points. When I called to inquire, about the rapid decrease of my scores, an answer as to why they are plummeting could not be provided. There have been zero deletions on my credit report. The only changes to my scores has been their rapid decrease. So, since signing up, I’m down the $349 for initial payment and $40.98 for the credit monitoring services I was told I must have to utilize The Credit Agent’s repair services. Now, I cannot refinance my vehicle or apply for a VA home loan—both of which I qualified for before enlisting the services of The Credit Agents. There aren’t enough four-letter words to express how agitated I am by my experiences, thus far, with this company.

They are so kind and helpful. I have not talked to anyone who wasn’t happy to talk to me. They answer all my question to a way I can clearly understand and the community so effectively. They're also text friendly which helps a lot when I can’t call them but need to tell them or ask them something. I would recommend them to everyone
