Everyone is always so nice, never had any issues with them. Have been taking by children for over 10 year's. Great Staff!

The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I have been bringing my son here for 3 years now and will not be changing. Easy and close parking. Very clean office. My son loves his goodie bag at the end of the visit as well!

Called on a Friday to get in because my son chipped his tooth. They got us in first thing Saturday morning. Every single staff member is attentive and so nice. We are from out of town and are going to move all our kids for a permanent dentist that’s how much I loved it.

Today was our first visit, and let me tell you, it was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! The visit was pleasant, and my son had no fears! He's only two and I'm looking forward to him having positive dental experiences!:) thank you for taking such great care of my baby!

Every visit is always stress-free for my kids. I appreciate how dental hygienists explain to the kids every step of the process and prioritize sensory issues by demonstrating noise levels of each tool they utilize.

Thank you for a great Treatment from the Doctor and Moranda. They took their time so that my daughter would not be in any pain and did everything to make sure she was comfortable.

The staff are friendly, never had a problem with appointments but what made me decide to go elsewhere is when I asked a question to Dr. Amir for clarification. Dr. Amir and his assistant made me very uncomfortable and the look Dr. Amir gave me before responding made me regret asking at all which I should not feel when looking out for my child. My daughter had been seeing him close to 2 years at this point, Dr. Amor was always present. It is a Doctor's responsibility to educate the public regardless of their opinion of the question asked. His nonverbal reaction and behavior was upsetting and it was because I asked a question as a parent should. Also, the staff keeps billing the wrong insurance because they will not remove the old one from the account, keep seeing corrected claims and refund checks as a result.

Since the moment we entered every single staff member were super nice and courteous with my daughter and I. The Dr super awesome.

We have been going to Croc Doc for 5 years already. It has always been a great experience for my children and the staff and doctor are always extremely helpful! My 5 year old loves this place and I am sure my 1 year old will too! Highly recommend!

It was a quick visit but they showed a lot of patience for my child. He is autistic and sometimes it's challenging to get him to cooperate with procedures. Very friendly.

The Croc Doc is the best pediatric dentist in El Paso. From the customer service reps to the Dentist, you cannot find a more professional group of caring people in any profession. I highly recommend this organization to anyone with children seeking dental care.

I’ve had horrible experiences with other dentists with my girls however the dentist here is so patient and the staff is always welcoming.

My experience started bad when I encountered an issue with the scheduler scheduling my daughter with an appointment with a dentist that was not going to be in the office that day. She called me a day before the appointment letting me know she would be cancelling my appointment due to the fact the insurance would not cover any other dentist besides a specific one. I spoke with the office manager who in turn spoke with the dentist and she agreed to meet my daughter because my schedule is so packed I could not accompany any other day. When we got to the office the front receptionist was sweet and polite the dental assistants were all very friendly and interacted with my daughter very well. The dentist is sweet and pleasant and my daughter really responded well the entire visit. I myself was surprised with how comfortable she became with all the staff. I definitely recommend this location.

Everybody was so nice and explained every step of the way. My son has adhd and autism and needs to constantly be told what’s going on. Amanda a medical assistant was so nice to my son. And the dentist even more so. I would most definitely recommend.
