I signed my lease agreement with the The Current apartments over 2 years ago. From the moment the apartments were first shown, The Current management have been accommodating and willing to assist in every way imaginable. Any issues related to maintenance or other disturbances are handled quickly and fair for all parties involved. I have nothing but good experiences with the apartment and the management.

Worst leasing experience I have ever been a part of. No one is on the same page and I was lied to multiple times about dates and availability. Instead of helping me get it figured out, the leasing team blamed each other for the mistakes. The only way to get a hold of them is calling or in person. Don't waste your time sending emails or going through the website.

There is a reason why this place has 4,1 star reviews out of 11 reviews. Do not come here! Property managers are rude and inconsiderate. As soon as I as my lease is up I'm leaving this place.

Moved in a few days ago. So far its been great. I wonder if we can have a faucet in the shower room. Us pinoys need them faucets for our pail and tabo!

I moved in and after a week I have a huge hole in my wall and now I have to have them fix it which who knows if they ever will or fix it correctly. The manager didn't care. And this place is the worst place you can move in.

Like trying to deal with used car salesman. All prices written on paperwork were wrong and by the time everthiywas added on was $300 more than advertized

Worst Leasing Experience that I have ever encountered in my 7 years of renting apartments. The Current posted apt availability for 4/16 on their website. I even signed a lease with them for a move-in date of 4/16. Then, on 4/15, at 4: 30PM, the Current calls me to tell me that the earliest that I can move in is 5/1. This management company caused me to have to cancel my movers, book a hotel for an extra week, and take off a day of work to hunt down a new apartment. If I could rate this company as a 0, I would have. I would highly advise anyone against renting an apartment here.

Update as of 5/16—- I still have not been refunded my security deposit or my application fee for my apartment that I was never able to even move into. The management company over this apartment complex is predatory, and I would heavily advise any prospective renters from living here.

@The Current, expect a suit filed on 5/21 unless I am paid back for my security deposit and application fee before 5/21.

Eliza and Jaye have been nothing but great!

Yes our move in dates got moved back a few times, but hey it’s a brand new building, construction is not something a management company can completely control.however they did an excellent job (Eliza especially) in keeping me updated and making sure I was alright.

I’m finally in my BRAND NEW apartment and loving every bit of it, I personally haven’t had time to take advantage of any of the many amenities but I am excited to give them a shot when I get the time!

The location is perfect, anything I need or want to do is very close by!

. And don’t forget to go see Alexa only 800ft away at double schotts!

Eliza and Jaye have been super helpful getting me into my unit. I have been bugging them with questions and they have been very helpful. Great customer service! So far no complaints!

Update*** We had an issue where we were locked out of our unit and Rene the service manager came and helped us get in right away. He was fast and made sure we were taken care of. I am very impressed with this apartment complex and the service they provide. I highly recommend them.
