Elaine delagarza in the front office was beyond helpful. I have never seen customer service done the way she did it, she listened to all my questions and concerns and got me into the apartment comfortably before I even thought I was able to get in. 10/10! The apartment and view is also gorgeous very nice community overall.

Absolutely love living here! The area is calm, the community is nice! The pool gets pretty busy on hot days, the dog parks are nice! Neighbors are mostly friendly! It's comforting to see lots of people with dogs. The only reason I didn't rate it a full 5 stars is just due to the pricing. I hate to leave due to this reason. The apartments are really nice and I've never had any problems! No pests, nothing! We love the layout! We absolutely love our balcony! We love living on the third floor too! This whole place is nice! Maintenance is always working, so sometimes they're a bit delayed on requests due to the amount they have or sometimes, it takes a while to get the parts they need, but we have never had a big issue. My neighbors are trusting. I've seen packages outside doors for DAYS so I trust that my package will be here if I leave for a trip, if not, the office will send out someone to hold it for you, if you ask, of course! The flooring is nice and I know they're upgrading every year so I bet other units look better than mine! The office staff is friendly and help out a lot! Elaine has made living here so much nicer and easier. She is really easy to speak with and comforting! I've never had many conversations with the manager but she seems really nice and up to date on things. Never had an issue with the office staff I've encountered. The previous office staff we had were just horrible. We had a hard time getting in contact with anyone. I recommend living here. If you can afford it, I highly recommend it! Plus we have food trucks stop by almost every week and community gatherings for big holidays! I love this place and I feel so sad to leave! 10/10

The unit and appliances were all filthy when I moved in, literally a 1/4” of cat hair on the AC filter, did not have or ever get a bathroom door installed in 11 months, floors were so dirty that I had to keep my shoes on until I could get them cleaned and maintenance request took several phone calls and they may or may not fix the problem - I left the unit spotless and after 3 months they informed me that I would not be getting my deposit back - Theft also was issue in the complex - I wish I could leave zero stars

I recently moved in and so far the experience has been easy going. Valerie Zapata at the front office made sure my transition was smooth and efficient - exceptional communication and customer service! The community and the environment is quiet and easy going. The only thing I would add to make this place perfect is valet trash service. Otherwise, the Current @ 37 is a great place to live!

First ever apartment we’ve had although they look nice from the outside this has been a terrible experience living here. Give away prizes to boost their ratings because they know how much the negative will outweigh the good. Lets start with Management, so many new managers no one knows how to run the place always new people leaving and starting. No one’s keeps track of complaints they just say they’ll get back to you and never don’t. Maintenance has personally told us how bad they don’t know how to run the place and maintenance as well are understaffed and under qualified because half the time they don’t know what they’re doing. Next is trash, only one trash compactor that’s by the entrance so good luck if you live on the other side. It breaks down every other month it seems and trash piles up around by the hundreds. Theft and break ins are an issue they don’t seem to care to listen to peoples complaints about them the only camera they have is by the entrance that doesn’t even work. Pool is advertised to look nice but is dirty half the time and chairs are always broken. For our living experience in our apartment was terrible also, never got the help we needed always made false promises. Never sprayed our apartments for insects but will get charged for them. Had black mold in our restroom since October 2022-May 2023 complained so many times never came while my wife was pregnant. Got new tenants under us 2nd day we get a noise complaint from them all the way till our lease was up just from walking. Now that we’re out of there paid whatever we needed to not break the lease (weren’t even living there the last month) we just get hit with a $600+ bill originally 800+. 150 to clean when we left the place spotless. 50 for blinds which is understandable and they were barely even damaged. 31 & 28 For extra water and sewer when we paid our last bit already. $622 for carpet that wasn’t even damaged! If I leave a place and I know what I’ve done and inspected everything to make sure this doesn’t happen yet here we are. Horrible experience with this place, so greedy to charge tenants yet they’ll never help with their needs.

Retracting this review. There is a massive theft issue going on at this property. Resident's tires, maintenance workers tools and more I'm sure have been robbed. Robbers are comfortable enough to steal in very back of the complex now. Very poor response from management which was basically: "Deal with it while you live here. "

There is an ongoing issue with theft on the property. Robbers are now getting comfortable enough to drive to the back of the complex to do their thing. The response from management has been "deal with it". Very poor response. But I gotta say, the maintenance folks are AWESOME.

DO NOT MOVE HERE, there is an ongoing theft issue and the current stance from management is "deal with it while your lease is active".

Fair warning. There have been multiple break ins and multiple vehicles getting wheels stolen. I had an ice chest stolen out of mine. Way overpriced with no security or peace of mind. Think twice before renting here. Not worth it. We pay over 1400$ for a 2 bedroom.

There's a laundry room door in the 300 building on the 2nd floor that's been banging very loudly against the railing nearly 24/7 for the last six months.

It's extremely loud and disruptive especially when it's banging against the railing all night long when people are trying to sleep.

We've called/sent emails and eventually the office will send somebody to secure the door but the next day it's banging against the railing again.

Like how many complaints does it take to finally fix the problem for good?

This is beyond ridiculous!

My husband and I have lived here since they opened in 2017. Our building has always been clean and we’ve had good neighbors. I can’t say we haven’t had any issues in our unit, but when we have, maintenance gets it done. The times we’ve needed something fixed or replaced, we request a work order and Roel is here within 24 hrs. He not only gets the job done fast but does it correctly! Thank you Roel and staff for helping make this a good place to live!

My wife and I have lived at this apartment community for about a year and a half. Compared the only other apartment community we have lived at, and compared to experiences we have heard of through friends and family from other apartment communities, The Current is pretty amazing.

Unlike some of the other reviews, we don't have any issues with general parking. The pool is clean. The dog parks have happy dogs. Residents are always kind and say hi, at a minimum, to each other. Management is extremely helpful and kind, unlike what other people here are saying - at least in our experiences we have had with them.

Our unit was new when we moved in and we haven't had any huge issues, just small inconveniences (ice maker not working, etc.). The only issues that we have had have been noise related. The walls are thinner compared to the previous apartment we lived in, so we keep our tv/music volume low and try to give some respect to our neighbors at all times. Occasionally, a neighbor or two will play music far too loudly, which can be frustrating at times. However, if passed on to management, they will ask a few questions about the situation and jump right in to fix it. Whether that's a courtesy knock on the door in a few minutes or a reminder through a letter, they will work on it. This does not happen often at all.

So, overall, we dig this place and plan on renewing our lease in a few months.

Advantages of The Current is that it's full of really, really nice apartment units with great residents and perks. Disadvantages of The Current are that the walls can sound pretty thin at times, especially during winters when A/C or other common noises aren't on. However, that disadvantage can be easily fixed with a call to management, so we do not consider this issue huge at all. Most of the time loud music is an accident anyway so it's not a big deal.

Again, we love this place and highly recommend to people looking for an apartment community that is modernized and full of good perks.

EDIT: We have not lived there as of May 2020. I do not know how it is there anymore.

The current at 37 is a great place to live. They have a very friendly staff, and are always available for any needs or concerns. Anytime that I’ve needed assistance, they have been very helpful.

Lived at The Current at 37 for about 2 1/2 years. The apartments are really nice and I love the yards for my dogs. They’re very pet friendly apartments which is rare. The grounds stay pretty clean and there is plenty of parking near by building.

I moved here around the middle of August this year. The community, the workers, maintenance, and the environment are all amazing. It is a beautiful apartment complex along side, friendly neighbors. Also, whenever I need something, the ladies upfront never cease to amaze me and help me whenever I need it. The Current @ 37 is definitely the place to live!
