The Dentists at Grand Parkway, Katy TX

I received my night guard today, can't wait to use it tonight because it feels great, compared to the one I was using before. I forgot the name of the hygienist that helped me with the guard, but she was really nice and helpful, really enjoyed my visit.

As always the customer service was excellent. They listened to me and helped with my issues.

My family has been going here for almost 6 years. Dr. Long is fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone new to the area. Best group for all your dental needs. If they can’t fix it they have a fantastic network of dental recommendations.

Always a pleasant experience at this dentist office because of their family feeling environment.

I recently visited your dental office with my husband, and unfortunately, our experience fell short of our expectations. I feel compelled to share my concerns in the hope that it contributes to improving your services.

While we appreciate the importance of thorough dental care, we were taken aback by the unexpected costs associated with our visit. In my 25 years with my previous dentist, basic services such as X-rays and teeth cleaning were typically included in a standard visit. The breakdown of charges for X-rays, subsequent cleanings, and additional deep cleaning sessions seemed excessive and raised questions about transparency in billing.

Moreover, the lack of a basic teeth cleaning during our initial visit left us feeling that our time was not utilized effectively. A comprehensive cleaning is a standard expectation during a dental appointment, and its absence was disappointing. A thorough cleaning session helps maintain dental health and ensures that subsequent visits are focused on necessary treatments rather than repetitive cleanings.

The quality of the teeth cleaning provided was also subpar. Typically, after a cleaning, my teeth feel rejuvenated and visibly whiter. However, the light effort made during our session left much to be desired. Basic dental hygiene practices, such as flossing, seemed to be overlooked, contributing to a sense of incomplete care.

The suggested treatment plan, involving multiple visits for specific cleanings on different sides of the mouth, appeared more geared towards maximizing visits than addressing immediate dental needs. It would have been appreciated if, at the very least, my husband could have received a basic cleaning during the initial appointment, with the option to schedule deep cleaning sessions for the future.

I believe in fair pricing for quality services, and I hope that my feedback encourages a reevaluation of your billing practices and service offerings. Dental care is a critical aspect of overall health, and fostering trust with patients is paramount.

My husband and I have been patients here for about 20 years (maybe more). We moved away from Katy in 2016 and still make the 2 hour drive for our dental work here. Very thorough, clean and friendly staff. You won’t regret giving Dr Long a try.
