The front door doesn’t stay shut unless locked and one of the showers doesn’t work in the guest bathroom but other than that it was a good smooth move in

Do not move here unless you don't mind living with a rat and Roaches. Infested with roaches after about 3 months of living here. The water is always getting turned off at least once a week. The maintenance request always take more then a week to be fixed. Would give the negative stars if it was possible.

I was working with sal i got charge a application fee but never got my application processed they just took my money i called for two weeks straight and they said my id didnt scan correctly i email them my ssa card and id they sent to their corporate office still no answer im still waiting a month later for an apartment update

I promise if you are reading this dont move here. So trashy and ghetto I can not wait to move which I will be doing before the end of this year. The internet is controlled by the complex and has been in and out for over 6 weeks. I have lost money (I work from home) I'm sure other residents do as well yet they won't waive the internet charge for the month. If it was my personal bill the monthly fee would have been waived. They apartment send you in circles can't keep staff for maintenance men. The manager doesn't ever know anything no one answers the phone or returns calls. (why would they) I have literally called them and walked into the office and they are just sitting doing paper work letting the phone ring. This place sucks bad worst place I have ever lived still have things wrong from when I first moved in months ago!

When I first moved here from my hometown a year ago, I thought I found a great place to call my home.wow was I wrong! I’ve dealt with issues for over a year and never once came to complain online or write a review but this needs to be said! The bugs are out of control even if you keep your apartment extra clean, RATS, mold, I waited for my lights to be fixed for a whole YEAR! Soooo many things that are wrong and I’ll be posting pictures! You’re forced to pay for Internet not of your choice that has NOT WORKED FOR A WHOLE CONSECUTIVE MONTH! I’m going to nursing school and have to take courses online but I’m being told by the office staff there is nothing they can do. WHY ARE WE FORCED TO HAVE SOMETHING THAT DOESNT WORK? Pay for something that doesn’t WORK? Every month? ! My bills are always paid on time but nothing I ever ask is done in a quick and timely manner! I don’t understand? Something needs to be done, this is not right at all! I will be getting a lawyer involved if something is not done! Because this is highway robbery and very unprofessional!

The internet is being turned off between 3 and 4 everyday and not turned back on until late. Work from home. Losing money.

Terrible. No one should move here. They turn water off like 3 times a month. The AC never really works. The front gate hasn’t worked for like almost this whole 2023 year. When I first moved in my apartment there was a door broken. Cabinets with no handles. Sink with no handle on the kitchen. And it took them 4 months to come and fix. And also about the water. They charger monthly fees for it. When it doesn’t even work all the time. And roaches were a problem but they are gone now.

I live here this apartment 12years already, the new manager was so nice He heard about our problem and ask me to take him to our place to see what is our problem and explain everything for us. Except the lady in front of the office her face always like we owe her something when we come to ask for help.

Applied online before I read the reviews or did a tour. I know, not smart on my behalf. Thankfully I got denied. The model apartment smelled of mildew so I didn’t expect much more from the complex. During my ride through of the community, it looks nothing like the pictures online. Definitely, do your research before applying.

WORST APARTMENTS EVER. I will keep writing reviews until something is done. I moved in over a month ago and have literally had nothing but issues including mold and a leak in my kitchen that clearly their Maintenace isn't properly trained to fix. The management doesn't even care to apologize for their disgusting apartments they just reply with "received". But they want to walk through the apartments and charge 25.00 for having things on the patio that "you're not allowed to have on the patio". Oh, and the lady that replies to the reviews seems as if she cares and will help resolve the issues she doesn't even respond. They want their rent in full for the month for an apartment that hasn't fully functioned for a month, with mold. They choose to just cover things up instead of fixing them.

It's so bad experience, I would give it a zero if I could. A/C not been fixed for several weeks in this heat. How families are feeling comfortable in this apartment? In my opinion I do not encourage any family live in this bad apartment.

RUNN FAR from this place. I would give them a zero if I could management is rude and does nothing to resolve issues and claims to not has any contact info to contact summit management. They moved me into a not ready unit, door has no hinges, holes in the walls, paint all over flooring and a HEAVY smell of cigarettes, but to management "this isn't a big issue". I am extremely disappointed at the lack of courtesy and professionalism. I have emailed them and receive no response. NEITHER of my doors close/lock properly which is a HUGE security issue especially with me being on the first floor.

I would give it a zero if I could. This place is not worth it. They cut the water off almost every day, they charge you a ridiculous amount of money for fees they charge you a maintenance fee which I think is crazy. Every month the rent is a different price. The rent for the 2br was supposed to be 1200 but end up paying almost 1500 They show you a model apartment and your apartment looks nothing like the model. The neighbor apartment water come up through the sink when she let the water out of the tub. I don’t know how some of these reviews are 5 star they gotta be paying these folks for the 5 stars reviews PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE APARTMENTS

With rent being 1400$ we shouldn’t have roaches (one being painted over in my sisters bathroom/ as well as the prev.tenants crackers being painted over in the kitchen cabinet) the water to the property is turned off more than it’s on. The washers make your clothes stink and the dryers need to run at least 2-3 time before your clothes are dry. Don’t move here.

Moved in December. The staff made my experience effortless and the manager was very attentive. Love it here.
