2My garage door spring broke in the early morning and I called The Door Company and spoke to Kelly who said Robert could come out at 1: 30 and I told her I needed to get it fixed sooner so I could get my car out and go to a Dr's appointment. Kelly quickly called Robert and got him out in about an hour and Robert did a great job and I asked him about having a dual spring and he told me the advantages and it really wasn't a great deal more money so I went with the dual spring. He did a great job and my garage door has never worked this well. Many thanks to Kelly and Robert.
Great, friendly technician. Fast response and scheduling for the repair. Others wanted me to wait nearly a week, these folks were able to come out right away. After a bit of a mishap, my door is now working great.
