The Driscoll at River Oaks, Houston TX

An incredible place to live. High quality finishes, awesome amenities and great communication from management. I've toured almost every new/new-ish apartment inside the loop over the last 3 years, and the Driscoll is easily one of the best.

I can not say enough great things about this place. The staff from management on down is top notch. We had lived there for over 2 years and still would be if we didn’t have to move out of the city. I never leave reviews but this place and this team I needed to. You won’t be let down. Will miss this place and everyone there.

I have been staying at the Driscoll for about a year now and it represents everything in luxury living. I love my floor plan and downtown view! They have great amenities and an amazing staff! I also love the location as you’re close to all of Houston’s main attractions. You have to check them out if you’re looking for a place to live in Houston!

The Driscoll is one of a kind experience; but it would be a disservice not to acknowledge Mr. Nawaf. This concierge is gives this building a welcoming aura. Making it easy for residents to feel at home.

Johnathan is an excellent leasing agent! He was very honest with any of my questions. DEFINITELY recommend Johnathan if you decide to go. Absolutely loved the property.especially the view!

Had an amazing experience living here. Excellent head of maintenance Renee always took care of my needs and kept the property well kept. Valet service is always on point. Also concierge is very reliable and knowledgeable with the property.

Beautiful property located in a great neighborhood with excellent access to nearby areas. Unfortunately, safety / security is a big concern here as we have personally experienced theft on the location despite the guarded community with cameras and access control. And this is not the first time residents have experienced theft. Not something you expect when paying top dollars in rent and amenities (security being a big part of it I suppose). Sincerely disappointed with the management.

I always hate moving and switching apartments however, Elyssa made everything so much easier, she explained everything from the moment they run your application till you get approved and leased.
