The Dylan reviews
13Olivia was so nice! She took me to view the apartment showed me all the good amenities and i automatically knew this was a place i wanted to call home hopefully i get approved
The staff here is truly awesome and must appreciated. They always address my concerns and questions with such professionalism and kindness. I also want to send a special shoutout to their newest team member, Mitch, since he has started working here, he has really improved the appearance of the property. Awesome job Mitch!
The property gets 2 stars for the location and amenities but the staff is pre-occupied and not helpful at all. They just seem way too busy and important to do their jobs properly. The initial application fee and admin fee was $215 and I felt as though I had to contact them so many times to get the information exchanged that I should be paid for MY services. The property is great but the staff is terrible.
Visited the apartments. Parked in a VISITOR spot & was towed 30 minutes away with a $300+ fine. They have two tiny signs with a ton of words about towing on the OTHER side of where we parked. One of those signs is also knocked down. No sign on the spot we parked at. We weren't even there 20 minutes to help unload a new resident & were towed.
Apparently you have to register to be in a visitor spot but you have to drive in from a certain direction and read signs on the floor to know that.
Kristie was extremely helpful and accommodating during my move here from out of state. Great spot that’s close to lots of coffee and food places. Only downside is hearing traffic go by if you’re in a building near the roadway. But rent price and location make it worth it
The office/maintenance team are incredibly helpful and are always treating us like they value us as residents. There’s been some issues that typically happen on properties but they’ve consistently been quick to handle those issues. (Parking issues, cleanliness, proper pool etiquette, etc) Important to keep in mind that every property will have pros and cons, but at The Dylan you get your money’s worth.
I truly love living here at The Dylan! The office staff are friendly and has great personalities! Grounds are always clean, shops are all walking distant and is convenient. I recommended this to anyone who is looking for a nice place to live.
Living here has been great. The office staff is amazing. And the maintenance is on top of all of it. The parking is good, you just have to make sure to follow the visitors parking rules. Overall I would definitely recommend to everyone.
Excellent staff! Kristie is such a great professional, Speedy and knowledgeable. Rooms are great. Nice location. By far its the best apartment complex to stay in.
Would definitely recommend!
Best apartments in Fort Worth. Let me take a little bit time to tell y’all about this management they’re the best I love them
Rent is too high, and the parking situation is terrible - not enough spots, you have to have a sticker for unguaranteed street parking, and can be towed without warning if you break any rule. Some staff are helpful (just doing their job), others are quite rude and definitely don’t care about residents. They make you pay for a mail delivery system called Fetch that is often slow and sometimes inaccurate (packages delivered to the wrong door - I’m paying for slower delivery). To get packages, you have to use a second address (different from your actual address). They also make you pay for “valet trash” that often won’t actually pick up your trash. “Secure” doors are often hanging open or propped. While the location isn’t terrible, pricing has increased to a point that it isn’t worth it.
*edited to correct an error on my part about parking stickers. I thought I recalled paying, but apparently did not
I have loved this property for a long time and have sent my client to them and all my clients fall in love. I went for a tour yesterday and it was a FANTASTIC time. LAYNE ZOSKY was my tour guide and she was not only friendly but very knowledgeable as well! She answered all my questions and made sure i felt heard and welcomed.i now know who i will be sending my client to specifically when i send them here! This property is in a PERFECT location and is quiet and has a lot to offer around it as well as far as grocery stores, shops and is only a few minuets from downtown FTW.
I wish I could tell you I still loved these apartments. Layne is amazing and we had a great experience while leasing. Upon actually moving in and we started to have problems, I wish we give the management staff negative stars. They have a parking issue that their solution for was to start towing. The towing company they use consistently tows vehicles that are legally parked and registered with the apartments. The only way to get the vehicle back is to pay the tow company (mind you the manager said they got us 50% OFF (WOW WHAT A DEAL). This has happened to my family/ friends 2 times this month 2 the month before. THIS HAS GOT TO STOP.
