The Ear Institute of Texas reviews
16Dr Kepchar is top notch, extremely knowledgeable, and skilled in her field. Always available for questions or concerns.
Robert Kaiser was extremely professional, knowledgeable and supportive. He took the time to explain what the next steps in treatment would be and my husband and I felt reassured that he and his colleagues will work to make my husband’s quality of life better. He reassured us that the surgical team had the experience to address the problem and that we would be getting follow ups when they determined the best treatment options.
So, I thought I did my homework calling them multiple times to get the right doctor. Ended up with Dr. Bergeron, and let me tell you, it was a weird exam. I needed to open my nose to breathe, but she didn't listen! It was a bad experience. Spent $300 only to find out she's not the right one. Now, they want me to wait four months to see another doctor and probably drop another $300. Not cool! The whole thing was a mess – avoid this place!
Outstanding and very thoroughly listen to all my questions I had. Highly recommended and I appreciate her.
Dr. Ingram is a delight to work with, and she did my evaluation plus PT in the first visit. The visit was efficient with only 5 minutes of wait time. She specializes in the niche of PT for vestibular issues, and is someone who can help people with vertigo, This type of PT is fascinating, because it’s totally effective and non-surgical. Sge explained that for many people with vertigo, the PT session (s) can resolve it immediately on the spot, or within a short series of visits. (I’m sure the course of treatment varies though, depending on the particular vestibular problem a person has.)
It may be repeated as needed if it ever comes back. But there is absolute HOPE if you do have any type of vertigo… if it is causing any sort of havoc, distress, or disruption in your life…. I highly recommend you go see Dr. Megan Ingram at the EIT in San Antonio, TX! She’s awesome! The PT is painless, quick, and effective.
Great visit with Dr. Bergeron and her staff. Desk staff was very warm and welcoming and we were seen on time. Her assistant explained everything my wife would have done and was very helpful getting her out of her transport chair and into the treatment chair. Dr Bergeron was gentle and gave us detailed feedback about the tests she did and how that would translate into recommended speech and swallowing therapy at home.
Thank you to all who made this a comfortable experience.
Dr. Bergeron is amazing. I have been seeing her for several years now since my former doctor left the state. She was recommended and she has definitely lived up to her reputation. She is always caring and understanding and has the best bed side manner. I could not ask for a better experience.
Dr. Wadhuwa was personable and knowledgeable. He answered all questions thoroughly and at my level of understanding.
Rita was the most helpful representative in the whole community of ear institutes! We’ve called all around town and she stood out by getting us an appointment as soon as possible, when no one else seemed to care!
Love this place. Kind, friendly, caring staff. I was seen very quickly. Dr. Kepchar was exceptional. The entire experience was wonderful. I will be staying with this group and recommendingto everyone!
Very pleased with overall visit. Dr. Bergeron and her assistant were very pleasant and courteous. Dr. Bergeron was very thorough and took time to explain the exam results. Highly recommend her without reservation.

My first visit with Dr. Bergeron was so excited she knew how I felt she saw me. Yes I do have dystonia movement all my body. One Dr I used to see did not tell me anything except you have dystonia movement on your throat and my husband asked a question nd denied saying that. So that we left never went back.
My provider was extremely thorough, very knowledgeable, and compassionate. She made the experience enjoyable
The Doctor Ingram explained all what I can do once I decide to do this treatment at home. I could see a difference once she worked with me.
