Bebe at The Eden Spa is AMAZING! The spa is always clean, they take extreme sanitary measures to ensure it’s a safe and clean environment. I love visiting The Eden Spa.

This is a very nice place with very friendly staff. They offer a variety of different services for men and women. I went in with my girlfriend for a manicure pedicure and they have various options for those as well. A very high ceilings and everything in this place seems clean and new. I will definitely be back as you can tell the owners of this place really care about great service to customers.

Great modern nail salon that gives specialized manis and pedi options. Loved the customer service and experience. Will be back!

Excellent techs, nice & clean salon, courteous staff. I get designs and they always do a great job.

Nickel and dime place. I got the dip French manicure. First set and not even long tips but almond shape. This alone was $81. Nothing fancy. Got the milk and honey pedicure, nothing to write home about. Felt VERY ripped off. I asked for an itemized receipt, not so itemized. Showed my set $41 + $40 for? No hand massage, no lotions no hot towel. The pedicure, basic.
This is a place that clearly nickel and dime on everything! I know they have all their prices listed but I swear it's so confusing and what they consider extra. If you bring your own polish, they charge you. You want a shape, they charge you.
Clearly they have plenty of clients because this place was packed but clearly not the place for me. I left spending $200 for dip and pedicure. I have no problem paying for great product and service but this place is clearly not that place. Basic salon with unsatisfying results. Left very unsatisfied.
Going back to my salon today (Nail Idol) to have them take off the set Eden Spa applied. Complete waste of money.

Oh my Mean evil Manager Emily at this Location. Had 4 pm Wednesday August 9 2023 disabled 56 myself. Grieving mother oh my god shoulderd machine massage on me. Emily ever attempted to get me out chair because yall place. Could not do Acrylics in 2023 gel nails hanging. Nails soon walk in door i have medical records back up. All my health 56 African American Stereo lady Emily so called Manager need be Fired lucas not Over

They are ALWAYS so nice and accommodating. I tend to call at the last minute and the service is great.

They did a really good job, I made an appointment through their site, surprisingly they had an appt available, the place was very crowded it’s not ideal it you wanna go with your girlfriends and sit together.

The Eden spa is soooo cozy; complimentary beverages, massage chair, and Amy did sooooo great on my pedicure. Also the young guy up front was very welcoming. Keep up the great work guys

My absolute favorite salon. Everyone here is kind, skilled and offers a huge selection of colored polishes. I highly recommend!

I didn’t want to write a negative review because I’ve been going here for almost 2 years and loved it. I asked for nail arts most of the time and understand if there were some differences from the inspo pic but this last set was ridiculous. I asked for a nail tech who usually did marbles and they told me she left but ensured me they had other nail tech that could do it. The result was $115 before tips. Very disappointed. The management team is nice but they’ve gotten very crowded so the quality and environment don’t feel the same anymore.

Got my wife a deluxe pedicure on Mother’s day. Luckily I was able to get a slot open as someone else had canceled. She loved it. The cleanliness was great and staff was very attentive and listened to what she wanted. We re definitely coming back again here.

Went to this location for a pedicure. Nothing to spectacular. Service was pleasant/normal. I walked in I wasn't immediately greeted. But eventually I was. Before I got my service done, I noticed the guy at the front ask the other clients how was their service.

After I got my service done, he didn't ask me that. Just ask for my name and told me the price.

Based on some of the previous reviews I was just expecting more. Empress Moders it was okay.maybe you may have a WOW experience.

I have definitely found my new nail spa. They do a fantastic job at scheduling appointments and don’t rush the job. Most of the time when I get my nails done they cut my finger but ive been here 4 times and haven’t had any issues!

Been coming here for over year (and was literally just here twice last week for tips/dip & manicure, and the next day for $50 pedicure and I brought my entire family - so 6 of us all got an assortment of services.

Long story short, 5 days later I didn’t care for the toe polish color I picked. I wanted to change it back to the regular color I normally get. (*They didn’t have what I color usually get last Thursday which is why I picked this other color).
So, I booked an appointment and came in with my own persona polish for my “polish change”. That’s it nothing more that a quick polish change, just remove regular nail polish off and put diff color on. Took 10mins tops.
I’m thinking probably going to be around $10 for this service. I’ve done it before. No big deal. Welp, Yelpers she rings me up for $18!
To change the polish color? She said yes because they carry that color and because I brought my own it’s more $$! Mind you I bring my own because what the polish they offer seems old, diluted and is used by countless other clients, color tends to fade and chip off faster then when I being my own bottle. Besides i have a bit of PTSD from the last time I got a pedicure here, I got a really bad nail bed/cuticle infection. Had to go to doctors and get antibiotics and ointment for it. Took several weeks for it
to finally clear up. In the past I really like the nail techs I use for my tips/dip. But their pedi techs are a diff story.

Sooo needless to say I’m standing here at the register trying to make it make sense with her and it’s not working, so I leave and am frustrated as a loyal customer, they are are trying this scam on me.
It’s just pink nail polish, not gold, nothing fancy not even shellac just plain old polish.
Really frustrating also to not only wait 30 mins (even with my appt) and then to be overcharged for what literally took 10 mins to paint my toes.

Just be aware friends, if you come here
The upselling and also the risk factor of infection from either dirty tools or contaminated polishes/products?

As much as I like my finger nail tech I will be moving on.

I had my manicure and pedicure done at a couple of nail salons in the past, but my nails looked terrible both times. The tech who did my nails was gentle and maintained their round shape. I have fragile natural nails, and she was careful not to file them over. I’m so happy I found the perfect spa. The best foot massage, and my tech paid much attention to ensure they were excellent. Trust me, that made me very, very happy! Prices were fantastic even though they had a sign saying they had increased them.

The ambiance was good. The service was outstanding. I definitely will be back.
