DO NOT MOVE HERE. They will blind side you. Management sucks. Wanted me to move in another day instead the day I’m supposed to move in first time I heard of the day on the day I move in. Unit wasn’t clean. Head lady didn’t compensate at all to make me feel better about the situation I didn’t react & still did not care about the miss up they made. DO NOT GIVE YOU THE INFORMATION YOU NEED TO LEAVE IN PEACE.different stories every time. Very inconsiderate. & roach invested

Rent high for no reason. Then I've been asking them to come deal with these roaches for over TWO MONTHS and they've yet to come. Ceilings always leaking randomly for whatever reason. Don't get duped by the floor plan or smiling staff. They're just doing what they're paid to do. No more.

These apartments are not worth your money. The tow company will tow your vehicle and you are a resident and your vehicle is registered with the apartment complex. No one can give you a reason why it was towed when you tell them the vehicle is registered with them and the tags are up to date. Stay away.

I came on Saturday to tour the complex and was greeted by Allen. The complex looked great. Allen was extremely friendly, knowledge, and helpful.

This five star rating is two stars too small for quality service. So I will give 7 stars for one particular reason. Living at the Edison has it's up's and down's but one thing became consistent. That is when they hired "Allen Lee" in the office. I usually never find someone that encompasses the skills of management with the customer services and he excels at all of them.
The office staff is very friendly but Allen Lee is not the average, he is the Excellent and above that. He works with you and is in my view a genuine guy that really cares about what happens to all the tenants.
If I owned the Edison he would be the guy that I would hire because he makes you feel welcomed and that your important. His kindness is unquestioned! His ability to instantly make you feel like a friend is one of his outstanding qualities. I am telling people this, if you want to speak to a person who takes things to the next level because he wants to, you just need to talk to Allen Lee.
Thank You, Allen for helping my mother and I makes us feel at home here. I recommend that Indio Management give you a raise, a paid vacation for a week at the Four Seasons Private Island Resort of Voavah at the Maldives Islands off the coast of India and a plaque that will remind him of great days.
Thank You Indio for making sure you care about how your tenants are treated because of Allen Lee. Cheers!

Met with Allen today at the Edison. What a friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, to the point person; we immediately felt at home and put application in immediately. Thank you Allen for a wonderful experience you're attention to detail was impeccable thanks again

I have requested for a change of name on my lease. I still get the name of the previous occupant on my lease for 5 months now despite renewing our lease with my name and that of my wife. All the receipt they send after each payment shows the name of another person till date. I emailed and called Yesenia but no response from her. Allen did his best to assist but its beyond him as he said the change can only be made by Yesenia. I have called and emailed but no one except Allen acknowledged. The worst set of lease officers!

The Edison is my best apartment experience ever. Management works hard to make the tenants happy. Maintenance issues are addressed immediately. The location is perfect with easy access to the interstate and located next to the Dart Train station. I’m so happy with my experience so far.

I absolutely love living here, I’m going on my 6th year living here. The manager and the employers here are great, I love living here bc it’s very quiet & peaceful, & it’s a nice place to stay, the apartments are quite large and very cozy, Maintenance respond very quickly, & they keep the property nice and clean
. I LOVE THE EDISON Apartments

Wow! You can really tell that this community cares about their residents. Allen and Yesenia are incredibly nice and knowledgeable and the apartments are newly renovated and quiet. If you're looking for a peaceful community with a dependable office staff, stop looking and apply here! You'll be glad you did.

My husband Juan Montano and Fidelina We have lived in this property for 5 years. All the staff are friendly, even the manager Jesenia, although she is busy, she always takes time to attend to the tenants. They serve in Spanish and English. Maintenance is good, reports today arrive tomorrow. If the problem is more complicated, it takes 2 to 3 days.
There are access roads about 3 minutes from a LBJ Skilman subway station and 2 minutes from the 635 freeway. What we didn't like was collecting trash at the trash vale door. But that is not imposed by management but by company policies. I recommend it be optional for the staff that rents. We always had security and this is a shopping plaza for any emergency.

The Edison Apt. Located at Adleta Blvd, Dallas is a place to be, well organized and neat as well. The Manager and the other staff are so friendly and very intelligent. In terms of house maintenance and prompt service, I give them distinction. If you want to become part of the big family, then apply today and see what I am talking about. Cheers!

Ms. Herrera and her team do a fantastic job with keeping there tenants happy! Shout out to the maintenance team for always keeping the property looking good! If you are looking for a place with a family dynamic, a management company that cares, and a team that is willing to work with you please come to the Edison Apartments!

This is a super fantastic place to live, well secured, clean environment maintenance one call away for any maintenance issue. Kudos to yesenia and her formidable team. I will give them 5 star.

Up until I moved out of here, I would have given a four or five star rating. Their maintenance team is really quick with fixing issues, and the apartments are pretty good inside, despite the roaches. However, since moving out, I have nothing but horrible experiences with the management. If you need help from someone, talk to Kimberly because she is the most competent individual who works in the management office. The last person you should ever speak to on this property is Luis. Luis is a constant liar, is not up front about hidden fees, he led me on to believe I was moving into a renovated apartment when I got an unrenovated one instead, and he even signed me into a 13 month lease leading me with the impression it was a 12 month lease. He also questioned me hard when I told him I was moving out at the end of my lease due to a job relocation, telling me I should not abandon this lovely community. Overall, the neighbors I met seem nice, but there is quite a bit of crime around and within this apartment complex despite the regular security patrols.

Upon moving out, they did not notify me until 45 days after moving out that I owed a balance for carpet cleaning fees and repainting fees. In reality, they did not notify me at all, but rather sent me to collections before even sending me a final bill for what was owed so I could dispute the situation. Luis walked my apartment taking photos to prove a need for carpet cleaning and repainting fees, costing over $400 on top of taking my entire deposit. When I finally received the photos from Luis, there was no damage shown in any photos, but he still insisted I owed them money and I should have paid up before they sent me to collections. It took over a month of phone calls, back and forth emails with Luis, Yesenia, and upper management off property before I could get the situation resolved where I no longer owed a balance. It has taken an additional two months for management to tell the debt collectors I also do not owe them, while ruining my good credit score in the process.

I never paid rent late, did not damage my apartment, or had any complaints against me as a tenant for 25 months, and this is how they treat their tenants as they move on to cleaner and better apartments. Avoid Luis at all costs, but even then be forewarned that his dishonesty will probably screw you in the end.
